What is the purpose of the men who stand around and talk to random women whilst following them?

I know this is better for r/Japan Life but only residents can post there. I noticed several times in the central built up areas, some guys always with airpods in one ear going up to random women and saying stuff to them and followning them whilst the woman ignores them. I do speak Japanese and it doest seem like theyre hitting on them, I just cant hear what theyre saying entirely because they just pass by. Are they trying to recruit them to something?

Where to get parts in Tokyo?

I have a Mr hobby ps289 airbrush and I incurred a very high cost to order another nozzle back home. I was wondering where I could get some nozzles here if that is possible? I've been into some Bic cameras on the model floor but I couldn't see any nozzles just the airbrush itself.

Can you reserve tickets online with the Kansai Hiroshima JR pass?

Im so baffled by this, it seems like you can but I cannot find the page to actually do it. I got the pass directly from JR west so I should be able to do it. I fiddled around with the reservation pages but can't seem to find out how to add the pass to make the bullet train free.

• Lottery expands from 14 → 16 teams

Relegation zone (bottom 3 teams) gets fewer odds for No. 1 pick

• Teams outside bottom 3 get better lottery odds (3 balls vs 2)

• Play-in teams also receive lottery balls (varies by seed)

• No team can win No. 1 pick in back-to-back years

• No team can get 3 straight top-5 picks

Picks 12–15 can no longer be protected

• NBA can punish tanking by reducing odds or moving picks

• System would run through 2029 (trial period)
