Pirelli Porsche Cup 1996
Does anyone remember the Pirelli Porsche Cup from the 90s? Here's is a clip from the footage captured during the 1996 season, just a snippet of an action packed championship.

The picture is from a test on Friday, 3rd July 1987, in preparation for the Esso MG Metro Challenge Race at Silverstone on 11th July.
A picture of Damon Hill testing the Metro is in the Autosport issue of 9th July which reported he would be racing the car at the British GP support race for Gray-Woolf Racing alongside teammates Michael Cullen, Barbara Cowell and Chris Taylor.
Hill is not mentioned in the report of the race in the Autosport issue dated 16th July, and the results only show the top ten finishers, so he would have had to have finished 11th at the highest, unless he retired. There were 38 starters, so he could have had an anonymous race in the midfield.
In this race, the celebrity cars were driven by David Sears and Mark Hales, though the Autosport 1987 British GP supplement suggested Johnny Dumfries was going to be driving one of the celebrity cars.
Damon's #16 car was usually driven by Featherweight boxer Barry McGuigan, which suggests he stood in for McGuigan, following the recent passing of McGuigan's father Patrick, though I have yet to find any sources to support this.
The car was his late father Graham's team's intended entry for the 1976 season.
I always thought of it as a kid-friendly version of 999.
Back then, the series was called the China Circuit Championship.

Brilliance notably tried to enter the World Touring Car Championship in 2005.
If Osamu Kawashima does end up replacing Ricky Collard, he'll be the series' 1st Japanese driver since Kunimitsu Takahashi in 1985.

The only other Japanese drivers I know to have raced in the series are Moto Kitano and Masahiro Hasemi in 1973.

As for other Asian drivers, only the Malaysian driver Fariqe Hairuman in 2004 springs to mind.
Just curious
Three minute clip showing a double decker bus race. I don't know where this was filmed but there are Toshiba adverts on the buses so it has to be 1980's. The nerds amongst you may be able to name the track. It's not my speciality
So she sends some of her more competent subordinates, including Arlen, to put a stop to it and destroy Blake once and for all. After all, Blake's the one she's wanted to eliminate most of all since the very start, and that would be a higher priority than continuing to pursue Avon's lot. Plus, Avon's lot are, in her eyes, no longer really a threat after the events of "Warlord" since their base is destroyed and their potential allies all dead and all they really have left is each other and their rustbucket of a ship. She also has pretty much everything she needs after "Gold" anyway.
So that’s why Servalan isn't in "Blake" in-Universe.
I know it was really because Jacqueline Pearce had used up her quota of contracted episodes for Series 4.
Just a theory.
Keeping in mind, Carl isn't much more than a confidant for George in the last option and that's why it covers two episodes.
My personal favourite is "Buster Spaces Out".
