Anyone else lose motivation after starting a low ball job?

i got a new job recently after being unemployed but the spark is gone mainly because i'm getting paid under market average. when i'm getting paid good i can do 12 hours a day, working weekends, no problem. when i get low balled, i'm bitter and doing the bare minimum because clearly they think i'm not worth a good salary so why bother?

Why are we living for?

Are we living to serve society? The same society that reject me and tried everyday to put me down and neglected me although I tried to be the best citizen I could? I'm just existing, counting days until I die.

coworker trying to manage me or something

i'm dealing with a senior frontend engineer who she was trying to show dominance over me in public and tries to manage my work. my manager is russian and he sides with her and protects her no matter what.

recently, i was working on a project me (backend engineer) and another senior backend enigneer, she misunderstood that i was working on something unrelated to her and she took the chance to write in public to other engineers wo have nothing to do with the project that they should help me do my work better and that i could use AI to understand and do my work better, she also gave me the things i should work on next and she is not a team lead, i told her that i would be happy to show you my AI usage to solve your problem in a meeting, she said i could do that with the other engineers, at the end one of the engineers she tagged wrote that there was a misunderstanding and what she is talking about is not part of my responsibility.

this person wouldn't take advise from me for example, when i tell her, you could do X this way better, she say "i would do it if i want to" and shrugs me off, she also cut me off multiple times in meetings, she also talks negativly about me many times when i'm not around in private as one of the coworkers told me. what strategy is best moving forward with such team dynamic to not get dragged into trouble?

Bitcoin like most cryptocurrencies is very volatile, it can be 100k a coin a day and next month it's 60k, and then hope that it reaches that buy value again and it could never reach it again.

I saw it on his IG but I think it makes sense, Germany is the most racist and isolating country I have ever seen in my life but could be another reason for him leaving

Specially as a POC in Europe i have found it the only way to advance in my career, I have encountered many managers who only wants to promote people who look like them or simply because they are racist, xenophobic, homophobic etc. they wouldn't care about promoting a competent person or even make their life unnecessarily hard until they quit, specially if it's a new manager who wants to replace the old devs with people who he hires personally, it's not fair but after 8 years in this field, it's the norm in most places. So I don't see an alternative to job hopping to advance further until you find a decent company that doesn't discriminate.
