Is 35 too late to enter CV?

I have been a swe for 8 years and now I'm planning a career pivot into ADAS or similar CV fields that combines hardware, AI and software through my masters degree.

I'm trying to be realistic and know what waits for me later after graduation , for example pay cut, starting from zero etc. and how to pivot strategically to the best area of CV and also what to focus on while looking for an internship or a part time job while I'm studying, thanks! I'm in Germany and oll graduate at 35

not sure what to do next strategically

we hired a FE developer last year and she is super toxic to say the least, in christmas party she talk negatively to people in the party about me, this year me (backend dev) and a senior backend dev worked with her on a simple project and every week she kept blaming us for the delay, even on the first meeting of the project she started micromanage our work and that led us to be frustrated and be less performant in the project and get slower.

she tagged people on slack to help me with something i'm not even working on, some colleague corrected her and btw she was talking that i don't know how to work and make a terrible job in private before writing publicly to others that i need help.

she started blaming backend for being the blocker of the project publicly when we started doing some progress.

she talks all the time in a passive aggressive way.

i have talked to my manager about it but because he wants me gone from the company, he said that i'm the problem in front of her without giving any details. i reported him for discrimination against my disability and racist and genocide comments (everything is very well documented).

i have requested a team change from the CTO and he said it's doable.

the issue is the new team lead thinks that she is "annoying but in a cute way" when i talked to him about her so i'm concerned that she will try to get me in the new team by manipulating the new lead.

whats the best way to deal with this? currently i'm responding to her in a friendly manner and not overreact and keep it professional but i feel like i need to tell the CTO with everything that is happening but would that backfire?

Is computer vision a good speciality to choose?

I've been a SWE for 8 years and now I got back to do my masters and get specialized in something, would AI automate computer Vision in the long run?

AI automating SWE

I think it's very realistic scenario that companies wouldn't need thousands of employees but maybe they keep 10% of them and fire the rest.

All engineers at my company use Claude find and fix bugs, implement new features, write Jira ticket, plan the architecture and design and even post on slack the updates.

PMs and even QA testers write code same as senior SWEs using prompts and it works perfectly fine.

Why would any company hire an expensive engineer to prompt to Claude?

Monad to one dolla baby, i'm gonna be so rich i'll just buy all bitcoin in the world and destroy it just because.

Anyone else feels behind in their career?

It feels like luck is the only key to a fulfilling career, for me i have 8yoe and been laid off after 3 months because the manager wanted to replace me with his best friend from Iran. Got bullied and harassed in my next job because of my disability, this made me learn that no one cares about you or have sympathy in the workplace, one of the coworker told me how excited he was after a colleague died with cancer, now he promoted to be my manager.

my first job also I was accused for doing things I never did, people pointing finger at me to blame me for things I didn't do to win some political points and appear like they know better.

And worst of all I've been at my current job getting paid 57k in Berlin, learning only bad practices, working in a toxic environment and saving nothing at the end of the month, getting promised a promotion after working hard only to tell me there will be nothing for me the next 3 years because they wanted to disappoint me and make me leave, when that didn't work out now they are being passive aggressive.

Now I'm a masters student again trying to reset m career because honestly it's a mess, my peers are in high positions, gained a lot of knowledge while I'm working on web forms in a disaster of a company with useless management that blames us for everything.

My career makes me super depressed specifically I'm now 32 and I feel, i know, I'm a total loser and not sure what to do and if masters in AI is even worth it, i will be 35 when I graduate lol

not sure what to do

i asked the CTO to change teams and he said it's doable after back and forth with a team lead and his frontend developer, the frontend dev blame me for every imaginary thing, she say i'm the blocker of progress and talks behind my back to turn other devs against me, one of the devs told her I'm doing fine and she there is a misunderstanding but she kept saying i don't understand how backend works and I should use AI, i told my manager about it and he said i'm the issue without giving any details, this is after i reported him for discrimination against my disability and racist comments on slack, which is against the company values.

changing teams feels like a defeat, and i'm wondering if i should stay and keep documenting until i have a solid case for HR? i have taken already 2 weeks sick leave because i couldn't handle the abuse and bullying and probably will take more, i'm in Germany btw and have been with this company for 3 years.

the new team has different way of doing things and completely different tasks, not sure if i'm gonna succeed there.

when my manager changed it has gone downhill, he hired 3 new people including this FE dev and from the first day he asked them to take over my tasks and he included them into my slack projects without being included into their projects channels, they overstep on my work, trying to micromanage me and give me advice i don't need and didn't ask for. not sure if changing teams if the best way to handle this. because my performance is gonna drop in the new one.

Learned the hard way

Loyalty is shit, after 3 years of giving it all at my current company, my manager hired 3 new people with whom thy want to replace me and another senior dev because we are not too sexy enough anymore, they hired one toxic worker who is extremely rude and blames us and tries to micromanage us but the manager is fine with that in the contrary it's our fault apparently, just because.

Now they wants us to resign, many sleepless nights, giving it all to help the company and this is how I got rewarded.

why i believe Monad will be 100$ a coin

it's a smart coin, it has a purpose in life and can benefit many people, why wouldn't it be 100$ a coin? Elon Musk said that if something is physically possible then it can happen!

the universe has many similar realisities, maybe we are on the one where Monad can reach 100$ or more for the coin? it could even happen tomorrow, why be less while you can be optimisitic?
