I'm looking for some help with my Surface Pro 3.

I accidentally got myself into a BitLocker issue. After inserting a Windows 10 USB installer, my Surface started asking for the BitLocker recovery key, and now it's stuck in a boot loop. I don't have the recovery key and I just want to factory reset the device and reinstall Windows from scratch.

I've already tried booting from the USB, but I can't seem to get past the loop. Does anyone know the correct steps to completely wipe the drive and reinstall Windows on a Surface Pro 3 in this situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I recently started taking Adderall XR 40mg and had a question about drinking water with it. Is it necessary to drink water for the medication to work properly, or does water mainly just help you swallow the pill and reduce stomach irritation? If I don’t drink much water when I take it, will it affect how well the medication is absorbed or how effective it is? I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience or knowledge about this.
