Trying to use a different controller than a Dualshock/sense, but there is no proper way to bind the touchpad inputs to any other inputs to get pass some sections

I know that this TV is capable of 4K 60hz and 120hz up to 1440 only. But even in just 1440p, the image quality difference between 60hz and 120hz is very big. why is this happening?
