Mi cabeza no para un segundo. Ataques de pánico, ansiedad constante, depresión a veces. No le encuentro la vuelta a mi vida. Terapia, medicación, y aún asi no lo logro
So I don't have any symptoms but routine bloodwork showed high TSH at 4.7, low platalet at 150000 and low WBC at 5000 (normal but a bit low for me).
Thyroid US showed a hypervascular thyroid.
I cant understand the relation between all this but Dr suggested Hashi. I am due to other blood tests but meanwhile I need to know if any had low platalet and low WBC toghether with an hypervascularized gland?

On lamotrigine and sertraline
Ive been taking lamotrigine 25mg for 14 days now.
I had routine bloodwork done 2 days ago and I was having a bit of a runny nose and a bit of yellow mucus.
Platalets came back 150000 (the lowest they have been for me) and WBC 5000 (also low)
Can lamotrigine at this point (14 days) and dose cause low platalets?
Could a super mild common cold, no fever, no symptoms other than runny nose and yellow mucus cause it?
Not seeing my dr until next week and I am very anxious.

No symptoms other than runny nose and yellow mucus. Just had routine bloodwork done and TSH came back as 4.9 (previous was 6 months ago and it was 2.2). I had the test with still runny nose

Selenium was 10. Also fine
But dr prescribed zinc (it was low) supplement which also had selenium 100 mcg. Now at follow up test TSH is 4 8! Just 3 months ago it was 2.2.
No symptoms at all. Just have a colloid cyst on my thyroid from 2014.
Could high selenium cause TSH to increase?
I am also taking shiitake supplement.

Can taking lamotrigine cause low platalet count? I am currently on 25 mg of lamotrigine, day 14. Platales are the lowest they have been (150.000, always been around 250000). All other labs within normal ranges.
