Why is PenFed app slow at login you in?

Has anyone noticed how we receive notifications faster on a iPhone than on an Android phone?
I can have my phones sitting right beside each other and get notifications instantly on my iPhone!

It seems like iPhones have the best widgets now especially when it comes to banking. I love how my PayPal balance shows in the apple wallet widget, it'll be nice when Venmo does that!

Are Allpoint ATM free to use "without" direct deposit?
FAQ webpage says it is but the app says something about having direct deposit. It also says you can deposit cash for free at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, family dollar and the dollar tree.
