I sometimes think the biggest challenge in Race Across the World isn't the travel itself. It's having to make decisions with the same person when you're tired, hungry, short on money and worried about falling behind.

Even a small disagreement about whether to spend more on transport or save money for later can turn into a much bigger argument when you're under pressure.

I'd probably find that harder than expected because something that seems like a sensible decision to one person might feel like a complete waste of time to the other.

I think one of the funniest parts of QI is watching someone confidently explain an answer and then realise they've got the whole thing wrong.

If everyone knew every obscure fact, the show would probably turn into a straightforward quiz, and that wouldn't be nearly as entertaining. I quite like seeing clever people get caught out by something they would never normally think to question.

For me, the best moments are when a completely ridiculous answer turns out to be closer to the truth than the obvious one.

MasterChef is obviously edited for television, but sometimes I wonder how different the contestants seem when you're actually standing in the kitchen. There are moments where someone looks completely calm and then suddenly we're told they've got 30 seconds left and everything is apparently falling apart 😂 I'd love to see an unedited version of one full challenge just to see how much happens that we never see.

She’s already seen how everyone tries to keep a straight face from the other side, so putting her in the room this time should be really fun. She knows exactly what everyone is up against 😂

That moment when the bake was falling apart and she still managed to pull herself together. Fair play to her, I genuinely thought she was done for after that.

For me, it’s not always about who cooks the most complicated dishes. I usually remember the contestants who have their own style and seem really confident in the food they’re putting on the plate. Some contestants just have that thing where you actually look forward to seeing what they cook next. I think that makes a bigger difference than just having one really good dish.

There are so many jokes and running gags from Top Gear that have somehow stayed funny no matter how many times you’ve heard them. Some are completely ridiculous, but they still hit every time and instantly bring back memories of the show.
