Sometimes the original packaging for a disc just sucks so i put them in these. Are these like really bad long term? I seem to be getting conflicting info. What should i be using instead if the original packaging for a disc for whatever reason is simply not viable?

I was at the fest for aphex twin but saw the butthole surfers set and it was incredible. That was my first exposure to the band.

Just saw Tomahawk live last night, BLOWN AWAY. Looking at ipecac records bandcamp and a lot of the vinyl is pretty reasonably priced, but the reviews on discogs on the actual pressing quality and presentation are kind of so-so.
I realize i'm gonna get a biased answer here but has anyone bought ipecac vinyl and had it in any way be not worth the cash? Like sounds like shit, scratches out of a sealed package, flimsy packaging etc.
I didnt even know about the Peeping Tom reissue so i must have that. I went into Tomahawk blind and loved it, thinking of scooping Mit Gas. Might round it out with a Melvins record.
Also just getting into the weeds here. I noticed Nevermen was put out by both Lex and Ipecac. Different color Lilac vinyl, different logos on center vinyl labels. Does anyone have both and do they sound different. Or should i just go with what is cheaper.

EVERY QUARTER IS LIKE THIS. The PFS puts out a new pamphlet and then i immediately drop dollars to get tickets to seven screenings minimum. Love these guys. Non profit. Biggest screen in philadelphia at their main theater. Just an all around joy that they exist.
