How common is it for sexual harassment to turn into sexual assault?

I’m saying this because my assistant manager at work has said a lot of vulgar sexual jokes to me and touches me a lot (just on the arm though) and stands close to me. I thought maybe that was it and it’s not going to escalate from that but recently he was talking to me and he mentioned how when he was at school a girl accused him of rape and then it was later found out she was lying about that and made up the whole thing for ‘banter’.

I’ve developed a crush on a guy who I think is sexually harassing me

This is my assistant manager at work. Any other girl would have reported him weeks ago. He has said vulgar sexual jokes towards me and I actually like it when he says that stuff to me. I’ve never felt like men have been interested in me, especially sexually. I don’t get flirted with. I had my first kiss at 24 and my ex had quite a low sex drive which made me feel undesirable.

I would have sex with him if he asked, I know he doesn’t respect me. But it feels good to be noticed in some way.

How do I get a guy I know to want to sleep with me?

I think I have zero sex appeal and I have a high sex drive. How do I get a guy I know to become interested in me especially sexually? I’m shy and not very good at talking to people. I don’t want to do dating apps to hook up, I want to flirt with a guy in person and hook up.

I want to be seductive and flirty but I don’t know how, what should I do?

I have a high drive and I don’t think guys realise that because I’m very shy. I’m not good at talking to people in general as I’m autistic so don’t know how to flirt, I’m also scared of being rejected so I kind of hold myself back.

I want to have more sex as I’ve only been with one guy, my ex but I also don’t want to do it with people who would just be having sex for the sake of it with me, I want them to be interested in me in some way. That’s why I don’t just want to hook up with random people on dating apps, I’d rather hook up with someone I know in person.

There’s a guy at work who maybe interested in me but I don’t know how to flirt with him. He touches me a lot and I’m scared to touch him back. I do eventually want to sleep with him but I just don’t know how that can happen when my social skills are bad, I’m scared of rejection and my face and body language come across as uninterested when I don’t mean to be

Wondering why my male coworkers act this way towards me?

I work with all men and only one of them acts ‘normal’ towards me. If I’m on shift with him we have good conversations and he’s friendly. The rest of them either have ‘banter’ with me which includes getting in my face saying fight me (jokingly), throwing bits of paper at me and just saying random things that I don’t know how to respond to. Yet quite often when it’s just me and them alone they don’t have conversations with me or there’s just this awkwardness? Like it’s banter or nothing? Then there’s the other coworkers who are just quiet with me.

Why can’t they be like that first guy? Sure I know men like banter but wouldn’t they also want to have conversations? I am slightly autistic as well so I’m trying with the banter it’s just difficult to know what to say

I’m thinking of telling my coworkers I’m mildly autistic but don’t know how they’d react

I’ve always avoided telling people I’m autistic because I’m ashamed of it. But I’ve recently told two coworkers and they were chill about it and it’s made me think maybe I should be more open and mention it to my other coworkers. A lot of them try to banter with me but it’s hard for me to know what to say back and I’m thinking if I told them I was autistic they could maybe understand me more that I’m not being rude or unfriendly I just struggle socially.

The one guy I am slightly worried about (I do work with all men) is my assistant manager. In the past he’s said a lot of sexual jokes to me and I know he can sense I’m awkward so if I told him what would he be like?

How do I make friends with men as a woman?

I have no friends and I’m mildly autistic. I’ve struggled enough in the past to make friends with women and now in my job I work with all men I don’t know how to talk to them? They seem to banter with me and I always struggle to know what to say back. I’ve heard that men don’t become friends through talking they become friends by doing things together?

How do I become friends with them and maybe see them outside of work?

Edit: a lot of people are saying to join groups which I do want to do at some point but for me the question is more how do I become friends with the people I work with and see them outside of work?

Is negging always to do with looks?

Whenever I hear about negging it always seems to do with looks but I feel like I’m being negged right now by a manager at work. He’s said sexual jokes towards me for a while but recently he’s started bringing up my age making me feel like I’m immature and should know better (I’m 27). He also comments on how I apparently always look scared of life, have a deer in headlights expression, look moody etc. It’s getting to me because I’m mildly autistic and feel like what if these things are true?

I want him to stop saying these things and I don’t know why he’s picking on me when I haven’t done anything wrong.

Why are my male coworkers quiet with me?

I work with all men and most of them are quiet with me, even though we’ve worked together a while. I find it sad when I’m with one of them trying to have a conversation and then another male coworker comes in and they really start chatting to each other. Why are they like this with me? I am mildly autistic but when I’ve worked with all women in the past they were a lot more chatty. I’m starting to think that maybe it’s to do with my looks? That they think I’m ugly so don’t really want to talk to me. Some of them do but the majority don’t.

Why is my assistant manager acting this way towards me?

At first he was quite friendly towards me and very helpful he called me ‘sis’ quite early on but then he said that’s what he calls a lot of women as it’s a culture thing. At first he thought I was 19 then when he found out I was closer in age to him (27) he started saying some suspicious things to me and the comments have just got more sexual he says a lot of innuendos towards me and sometimes touches me (arm mainly) or stands really close to me.

When he’s not doing that he makes me feel really self conscious for example, says that I look ‘stressed’ all the time or ‘moody’ or that I don’t eat the right foods if I’m tired and that I need to stop folding my arms all the time. He seems to bring up my age all the time as well like in a you should know better at your age kind of way which makes me feel immature.

Smiles widely when speaking to me

This is at work and whenever we first see each other he gives me a really wide smile where his eyes crease and keeps doing that whilst maintaining eye contact with me. I also saw his eyes looked a bit glassy once. Does he like me or is he just being friendly?

Says a lot of sexual innuendos? Is this just banter and passing the time or something else?

Someone I work with seems to say a lot of sexual innuendos also recently he seems to make quite intense eye contact with me whilst smiling. He also lightly touches me sometimes. Does he want to have sex with me? If he does how can this happen if we work together? Or is he just passing the time, will anything come of this?

How to know if he actually would sleep with me or if he just wants attention

I have a crush on this guy and I think he’s into me a bit but at the same time he’s a bit hot and cold so I worry that he might just be into trying to get attention from me? So I worry that he wouldn’t actually do anything with me instead he just wants the validation and ego of knowing he could (this is at work as well)

I do want to sleep with him at some point but how can I know if he actually wants that? (This is at work as well)
