I have so many interests that I don't even know which one to make a hobby out of.

As conveyed in the title, there are just so many things i would like to try or to excel in. I could name at least 10 things i could make a hobby out of, and i just know it'll burn me out, but i also fear that if i focus on just one or two hobbies, I'll feel like I should've started one of the other hobbies earlier.

I'm really lost, so is there anyone in the same boat, or someone who has found their way around this?

i'm always sleepy? how come?

I sleep 8-9 hours a day, I'm barely stressed, I eat well and drink a lot, I exercise multiple times a week, and yet I'm still tired? I doubt that it's sleep apnea bc i do dream frequently, and don't grasp for air when I wake up? I believe those were the symptoms that people with sleep apnea struggle with.

I also haven't been diagnosed with adhd yet, though I always speculated I had it. I am, however, diagnosed with autism.

In school, all my teachers (even in primary school) called me dreamy and sleepy, and I did sleep a lot in class.

I also did a blood test at the doctor's (multiple times) to see if I lack in anything, but the doctor said there was nothing wrong with it.

I constantly yawn and feel sleepy or bored even when doing things I enjoy, so what is wrong with me...

how to stay productive when anxiety keeps you from being that?

I know it may sound like a wacky joke, but it's something I have always struggled with.

Whenever I try doing something productive, I suddenly become aware of other minor or major things in my life that have gone downhill, which I can do nothing about, so I end up giving up entirely. I don't wanna do that anymore. I don't wanna give up on all my hopes and dreams because of the anxiety around situations I have no control over

I wanna buy fl studio, but I have no idea if it's gonna be worth it + which plug-in to buy?

Hey guys. I've always been passionate about music, but mainly singing and sometimes songwriting. Those are still two things I enjoy doing in my spare time, but something that has also been piquing my interest is producing.

The problem is, I have no experience with producing at all, and I know that's something you learn along the way, but I also have no idea what plug-in to buy. I've seen some advice to crack it until you are certain you like it, but I also have no idea what sites would be trustworthy.

Someone help me out....

The sun shining gives me anxiety?

I can't put my finger on why I get anxiety every time summer time comes around, but it's a noticeable occurrence, which I'm having trouble dealing with. I just feel too anxious to go outside for some reason, and even opening my curtains is a big deal. Is this common?

Interdental brushes and different spaces between teeth. Have I been doing it wrong this whole time?

Dentists, I've got a question

I had braces over 4 months ago and still have gaps that are connected to my gums between teeth, probably due to the overcrowding I had before getting them, but my dentist told me to use 0,6mm for interdental brushes, which is the smallest size and really hard to get in stores. However, I just found that you're supposed to use different interdental brushes for different gaps between teeth, and some gaps between my teeth are significantly bigger than others. I just have no idea what to do. These brushes aren't cheap, and using regular floss has caused some of my fillings to pop off, plus I have permanent retainers at the back of my front teeth.

What should I use and how?

how to tackle my 12 hour screen time?

it's kinda embarrassing to admit, and many people have acted shocked when I told them, which is understandable, but I have a very bad addiction to my phone and social media.

I dont have work and school due to circumstances i really can't disclose on the internet, but social media is kind of a way to cope and to deal with my emotions. other than that, i usually use social media as a source of inspiration, but oftentimes, then not, i don't do anything with the information i get from it, and i continue to keep doomscrolling.

I tried exercising, and yea, that did increase my screen time by a little, but i recently injured my knee, so i can't do that atm, and even for that i would need to watch videos to do home exercises. I do read on my phone, though (which is only about 1 or 2 hours out of the 12, and listen to music basically all day long. the biggest culprit, however, is tiktok. I know I won't be able to delete it straight away. what are things i can do to stop me from being on my phone all the time?

I can't seem to lose weight?

I've been trying to lose weight for the past 8 months now, but every time I'm on the journey, there must be something standing in the way preventing me from achieving my goal. for example;

When I first started, i started by doing 10k steps every day, which i kept up for months. I wasn't losing any weight because I was eating a lot of noodles with deceiving nutrition. Apparently, they had much more calories than what was labeled on the packaging (i measured the calories when eaten raw; I know that was pretty stupid). However, I didn't give up just yet.

I kept walking, and adjusted my diet again. But suddenly I started getting knee pain from walking. I'm only 19, so I'm just so confused as to why they hurt that much, so I decided to stop, since I didn't wanna injure them more and have them permanently damaged. I bought new shoes to walk in (Sketchers Go Walk), but then I was told online they weren't the right shoes for walking, so I temporarily gave up and gained 4 pounds/2 kg.

Now, months later, I'm trying to build the habit again, and I started by dancing every day because I enjoy that form of exercise way more, except my knees are hurting a lot more now, even when I stretch before and after the dances. I'm just so confused, and it's so hard to keep up and stay in a calorie deficit. I was so devastated at the fact that I can't dance fully for I don't know how long that I started binging again.

I just don't know what to do/try anymore, and i don't wanna wait ages to get this weight off.

i don't go to school nor have work so i'm guessing my maintenance will be less than the average 19 y/o

my weight:68kg/150 pounds
height: 165cm/5'4
age:19 x:female
amount of calories i was eating:1500

Why do i keep on getting cavities, when i do everything i can to prevent them?

I just had a dentist appointment about an hour ago, and once again i'm being told i have cavities. I went to 1 almost 3 months ago, and they did see very small starting cavities between almost all my teeth, but none that had to be filled with urgency. Now however, i'm being told i have 2, and i just can't seem to understand why.

I do everything right. I brush twice (electric), floss at night, use mouthwash with fluoride, scrape my tongue morning and night, and don't eat any more sweets than anyone else around me does (don't drink acidic drinks). It just can't keep going like this. It actually makes me so sad that no matter how hard I try to keep up with my dental hygiene, and I was told my gums are healthy, but it's never enough. Another thing that plays a part in this all is my worry about having to finance this constantly. I can currently (even though it will really hurt my pockets), but I most likely will still get cavities later down the line, which I'd have to fill again and again.

What can I do? I'm so confused, and honestly so sad.

knee/calve pain after dancing? help i'm scared

hey guys, i just started dancing about 3 weeks ago, and yeah, I do warm up before and after dancing, but even so, i get a weird feeling in my knees when walking (after sitting down for a while), and it hurts even more when walking up the stairs in my house.

Today however, i sat down for like 10 minutes because i was really exhausted (still have a hard time catching up with the dances because im a beginner), and went to dance right after, but i felt this weird popping feeling in my calves when i dropped down, and my knees felt really weird (kinda painful) too. I did a cool down afterwards, and they dont hurt that much, but it feels rather strange to bend down

I'm not sure what to do. i've been really enjoying dancing as a way to lose weight because its the only thing that interests me. Besides that all other exercises i could do to lose weight involve some sort of pressure on the knees (even 10k steps a day). I really don't wanna lower my calorie intake because i would be eating 1100cals a day, but i'm so bummed out. do i stop dancing from here? how long til i can again, and what about my calorie deficit
