This was not the outcome I wanted ..

What happened? Me and my bf parked at a mall and walked in, we came out and this damage shows up. Person left a note with info. No one got hurt, I know what to do and ect. Should have it fixed soon, none of this was my fault

Any ideas how to fix this?

I bought both the TV and remote separately, I cleaned out the remote from the inside as well assuming that was the problem. Nope, every button works but the Volume and channel buttons. But I can mute with them.

Both remote and tv is early 2000s

Should I report something like this?

I work at salvation army, just started three or so weeks ago. Not the most high paying job especially for part time. I picked it because I enjoy thrifting. But I asked one of my mangers a out what do I do if I get a ride customer/someone that could make me uncomfortable. She says that I should tolerate being insulted and ect. Sure understandable but, then she says you have to tolerate and still serve a customer even if the sexually harass you. Im well aware that it's a crime and in training videos they really talk a lot about it. Am is it worth reporting it to my boss? Or what do I do? And how do I approach this?
