Dude calls the wrong department to ask a question, I tell him multiple times he called the wrong department & I can't answer his question. He insists I should help him anyway.

I'm this 🤏 fucking close to snapping.

WHAT PART OF "YOU CALLED THE WRONG DEPARTMENT" ARE YOU NOT GETTING?

I expect this from customers but not from someone else that works here.

My thoughts on the book titles are that they're not very good but I'm sure SJM struggled with wording because so many other authors created "A Court of blank blank blank" following the success of her series

I'm still excited nonetheless. I like multi POV. Gimme some Eris SJM I beg of you.

Book titles are hard, I'm writing my own and it's hard to come up with words that haven't been used a million times for a book title.

Ash, throne, glass, thorns, shadows...etc there are lots of them and you don't realize it until you notice all the other series in the same genre piggybacking off of each other.

Semi related but the shadow daddy trope is getting stale no offense I love my shadow daddies but c'mon y'all.

Car insurance is screwing me

I have state farm yes they are demons yes I'm getting someone else.

I was paying 140 a month full coverage, I got a speeding ticket and now it's 270. First ticket I've gotten in ten years. I about shit my pants. Any recommendations?

I'm willing to drop it to liability only as the car is paid off.

I can NEVER login

It always has me change my password, I'm trying to look at my bill but now it's saying to reset my password and I can't reset it without being connected to my home wifi.

Do they not want to make paying my bill easier because I'm getting pissed off this happens every month
