Because it means JJ can throw an attack that can do 28 damage (or 35 with feats) and you only get 12 - 14 damage as a counter assuming you make the correct 1 in 3 guesses, that’s a shit transaction

It’s meant to be a gank tool/timewaster, parried someone in revenge? Whip out the longarm and shave off their revenge while they’re stuck in animation, 2v1ing someone? Use longarm and have your teammate GB or hit them, light parried someone when there’s a ledge right behind you? Free kill
