I don't even play Stardew at this point, but I can't find a face that is as pleasant and informative. Any other recs?

A lot of what people suffer seems to be very cluttered and mechanical. This is a nice balance of fun and not ridiculously childish. It's just fun design language.

I've been looking for other similar faces related to games, music, sports, etc, and I just can't find anything else that I like.

Anyone noticing drivers using LLMs for "companionship"?

Not a driver. Just curious, since ChatGPT and similar have gotten to be much more convincingly conversational, it seems like long haul drivers would be early adopters. Is this happening at all?

Just got a new piezo bridge installed. I like it.

So, I have always been a fan of hybrid guitars. In the age of impulse responses, a "bad" acoustic guitar sound is about five minutes of work away from being a truly stunningly good one. I had previously owned a few hybrids, but recently just hacked up my Starcaster myself using cheap parts. See here:

I recently found a company called Brenner Guitar Products out of Milwaukee that sells a passive piezo bridge for various models of Strats and Teles.

The design is clever. They opt for a TRS output jack and then leave it to you how to handle it. I send mine into a splitter and then out to my two signal chains. Each side just has a volume pedal on the floor, and that seems to be a good way of handling it, at least for now.

I just played my first set with it. Got a lot of compliments on the tone.

If you haven't considered it, give it some thought. I think the Brenner product is great, but there are others.

I can follow up with some video of the Telecaster. Here are some other people.

The fact that Andy liked this post seems to confirm the rumors I’ve always heard (notorious lawn work story), plus there are other former pages in the comments adding to the lore.

[this is my first time posting here, hopefully it’s appropriate and relevant ☺️]

It is actually NOT High Potassium Awareness Day. That isn't a thing. I just want to know about deals on tickets and merchandise. Thanks.

$180 for a Spider V 120 is kind of nuts.

They have previously been extremely lax on updating the Spider app for new phones, so keep that in mind. It's working now.

If you have or can source a Line 6 FBV footswitch, this is an extremely flexible rig that is absolutely worthy of being a backup rig if not your main.

Totally respectable against real amps and other modelers.
