Why isn't my switch 2 charging

I bought a switch 2 from a shady salesman for $600 and it isn't charging. I've plugged in the AC adapter but haven't put the hdmi in since it should be charging regardless

Help on Nokia 3310

Yesterday I posted about a phone job lot and the Nokia 3310 not working, well I turned it on today and it just works for some reason but it says charging when it's not plugged in, is it water damage as I can charge it but it just says this for no reason

When I put my giffgaff sim in my 3310 it says this before switching to giffgaff, shows how old this phone is

Basically if anyone doesn't know, BT CELLNET is what the UK mobile provider O2 was called from 2000 to 2002 and Giffgaff is a provider that runs off O2s network
