Wander what Xifinity’s policy is regarding informing customer their promotional billing is ending?

It appears from multiple posts customers are not getting pre notice that their promotional internet billing is going to end. I am sure the legal eagles have buried a “no need to “ notify clause in the fine print, it seems to the height of Corporate Greed.

Good bye Xfinity…..

Seven exchanges with live reps without resolution, over five hours of my life wasted trying to correct over billing error and unwarranted charges. Not counting having to make a trip to my bank to recover over billing charge thru auto pay reversal. Your solution was finally removing a wrongful $25 service charge with not any recognition of the extreme inconvenience you put me through or any offer of financial accommodation for the time and misery you caused. Your most recent message claiming Xfinity cares total garbage. T Mobil internet box arrives tomorrow. Once installed good bye Xfinity.

Now three hours trying to fix overcharge on my bill for internet…..

First every live rep I have communicated over three hours of trying to resolve an over charge on my internet bill could either speak English or had such heavy foreign accent it was very difficult to understand. Trying to overcome is challenge was hard enough, Finnally was directed to go to my bank and reverse incorrect auto payment and then pay correct amount owed. Did this. Got the months statement to find $25 penalty for reversing the autopay as directed, Another 25 minutes with rep yesterday got promise credit would be issued and the the rep tried engage me on a personal basis. I lost it and hung up. Credit has never been issued. Xfinity is beyond the pale.

Just booked on Valiant Lady B2B cruises out of San Juan

We are looking for others on our sailings who might be interested in sharing taxi costs for off shore snorkeling and visits to rum distilleries, at various ports. We are very experienced snorkelers and rum drinkers😋 if interested you can respond to this post and we can confirm our sailing dates to see if we are on same cruise.

Private verses cruise excursions?

We are booked on B2B cruise out of San Juan this winter on Valiant Lady. We dislike cattle car snorkeling excursions. Are there any ways to connect with passengers on our cruises to possibly go together to book private snorkeling trips with 6 or less people. My research tells me the shared cost of a private charter would be around $125 to $150 per person if we split charter with six people.
