Bittersweet Scale Victory
In the midst of moving into an Airbnb and literally burning calories stressing I stepped on the scale this morning and realized I hit my goal 😳 I am going about 10 lbs beyond that as 130 lbs on a 5ft girl doesn't look quite as great as I thought it would but this was a great boost during a very difficult time.
SW 176.1, CW 129.9 GW 130 but adjusted to 120 now that I'm here.
8 mgs, mostly prorx but did start with 8 Mounjaro pens. 42 shots and 9 months 20 days in. Super slow and steady wins the race 🏁 Thanks to this sub in particular for all the helpful guidance and tips.
