% of initial weight lost

I was reading an article today specifying a few things about glp1's. Women lose more weight than men, with women losing roughly 11% of their total body weight, while men generally lose around 7%. This made me curious so I ran to Shotsy to see where I was at. I'm 32 lbs down so far snd 18% of my body weight. It's seemed slow going and not very significant but this really put it into perspective. I know their studies ended after 12 months but wow. I know the possibilities are endless. What percentage are you guys down who are at goal and even those not quite there yet?

What do you all think about Torriden?

The ONLY moisturizer my skin likes is La Roche Posay Dermallergo. It's been this way for years. I've also been able to use Bioderma sensibio cleanser and one of their moisturizers (can't remember the name) I'd really love to find even 1 other product that my dry, sensitive skin can handle. Dermallergo is like $35 for the tiniest bottle and I'd love something more cost effective

What is 1 thing you're most looking forward to?

I once heard that happiness is having something to look forward to. I've found it to be somewhat true.

We're buying and selling our home right now and the amount of cleaning and stress is unholy. Brighten my day with the thing you most look forward to right now.

For me at the moment, it will be living in my new home without having to pack up my dogs and family and find somewhere to be on a moments notice

Ya'll! I'm not kidding when I say I went in for my appt today and this dentist did not know what my pul tool was! 🤣 like howwwwww? You're selling and treating invisalign patients day and and day out and have never heard of this?

Anywho, 2 other important things:

  1. I said I didn't want more IPR last time. I didn't refuse. Just said I didn't want it but would get it if it was really needed. That was aeound tray 24 I think? I'm now onto tray 30/40. They checked me out and said I was tracking just fine with no further IPR other than my initial starting IPR! Also, my clin check was showing .5 on several teeth. He was positive I didn't really need it. Just said to call if things started feeling crowded or trays stop seating properly.

  2. The really great news for me was that the last movement occurs on tray 36/40! Meaning the last 4 trays are passive and only holding my teeth in place 🙌 this was the best news I've received in quite a while! So tired of being hungry and not wanting to remove my trays. I miss snacking. I cannot wait for this to be over! Almost wonder if everything is tracking due to strict compliance and it saved me some IPR?

Anyone have similar experience?

Does anyone get IPR on top? I ask bc have a follow up Wednesday, and my upper teeth are HURTING. I'm on tray 30/40. And only had IPR on bottom. My bite is feeling pretty good and aligned. But wondering how all these teeth are going to fit correctly and still have a good bite? I still have an incisor that is more forward than the rest if that makes sense? Just wondering what I should bring up to my ortho when I go
