Why does Amazon want to charge me shipping for this item?

I don't know if I'm allowed to share the link, so the name is Little Debbie Peanut Butter Crunch Bars. I have Prime so shipping is typically free, but it wants to charge me $2.99 unless I spend at least $25. Why?

Are you excited, disappointed, or indifferent about Stephanie Ruhle leaving The 11th Hour?

I'm in the disappointed camp. The 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle is by far my favorite show on MSNOW. I like the format, I like the segments, I like the host, I like her guests, and I like their interactions - it feels like the perfect recipe.

The 11th Hour won't have the same vibe with a different host, and I feel confident that her new show won't have the same vibe as The 11th Hour. I suppose it's good that she's not leaving MSNOW entirely, but I'm not sure if it will make much difference if her new show is not as good. I hope I'm wrong. I may end up recording it and watching it at 11pm because I've become so accustomed to watching her before bed.

Google keeps signing me out and it's getting really annoying (Chrome, Windows 11)

I have not cleared my cookies, and I've confirmed that my cookies are not set to clear on exiting (nor am I exiting to begin with). Every single day, sometimes multiple times per day, I will discover that I've been signed out of Google and YouTube.

This has been going on for at least a week at this point and it's starting to get really annoying.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

As long as I've been alive, I've heard people say that China will one day own the United States

I never imagined that it would be because a corrupt president of the United States would sell it to them. Is this how it ends?

It seems like the latest Chrome update is signing me out of Gmail and YouTube every couple of days

Several days ago, Chrome updated, and it seems like ever since then, I've been getting signed out of Gmail and YouTube every day or two.

Is this a known bug or is there a setting that I need to change to prevent this?

HDMI Switch/Splitter is starting to have trouble staying on one source

I bought an HDMI switch splitter a little over 5 years ago, which I use to switch back and forth between my laptop and my desktop on the same display. Lately, it seems that when it's on source 2, it periodically has trouble and sometimes briefly changes back to source 1.

This is the first and only switch splitter that I've ever used. Is it normal for them to start behaving this way after 5 years? Or could there be something else that's causing the problem?

Was what Mr. Wheeler did on the Andy Griffith Show really so bad?

Of course, I'm referring to the episode Aunt Bee's Brief Encounter.

I know that the sheriff in Mount Pilot said that he was a goldbricker, but I don't think what he did to the Taylors was all that bad. He did some of the chores/yardwork that he was supposed to do, and when he wasn't working, he was entertaining Aunt Bee, making her happy.

He also offered to leave multiple times, and the Taylors insisted that he stay, so I feel like that's on them.

It could have been a lot worse, he could have robbed them while they were sleeping and took off without a trace. Overall, I feel like he was a decent guy.

Welp...guess I'll be going to Belmont Car Wash from now on

I've been using Quick and Clean for 20 years. Today is the first time I've been there since winter ended and apparently they've been bought by Prestige.

The service was absolutely terrible. It was never great, but they somehow managed to make it worse.

Does anyone here use Belmont Car Wash? Are they good?

Previously, when someone would respond to a thread that I started, the envelope icon in the top right corner would turn orange to let me know. Clicking on the envelope icon would take me to a list of unread responses, then the envelope icon would go back to white, presumably considering all messages read.

Now when I click on the orange envelope icon, it remains orange until I click into the full thread. Going into my list of unread responses no longer changes its status.

Is there a setting that I need to change so that clicking the orange envelope icon marks all messages as read?

I have a 2nd generation iPad running iOS 7. On that iPad, I have several games that are no longer in the app store, so I can't simply re-download them on the iPhone.

The iPhone 6+ is running iOS 12.

How can I copy the game from the iPad to the iPhone?
