Hi all, I am new to DD but am a Platinum Tier driver and have the 20 store pickups completed BUT every time I go to a store and it demands that I pay with my Red Card and I use it as a Credit Card, it is taking the money from MY account. Every person at support I speak to is either entirely clueless or tells me a different story. This one I am on the phone with now thinks that I just have to pay and then submit a refund request each time that cant be right? So far I am $150 in the hole and I can't continue to buy groceries for customers!
Can ANYONE tell me how I am supposed to pay for DD grocery pickups without ME paying? I thought DD put money in my account before I went to the store but that clearly isn't true. Then I thought I used it as a CC and DD would be charged but now it seems that I just have to buy the groceries and then spend ages trying to get a refund. I don't want to stop doing store runs but I feel like I can't afford to continue!

Edit. Thanks for the help all. I finally got to speak to a supervisor and she's doing it all for me and refunding and I ordered a physical red card to go with my virtual one and I will try to be less of a dummy in future.

Hi all, I hope somebody can help me with this. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I bought an Enviro suit and then, from the world I put everything I owned in a box and then went up in the spaceship. I then put the Enviro suit into my loadout on the right hand side of the screen. It then crashed when I tried to go back into the world and I had to kill the game altogether. I restarted the game and I went to load out and it showed the Enviro suit as being in the Dropship loadout. I then went down to the world again and when I looked in my inventory I did not have the Enviro suit. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong? I don't know if the fact that it crashes every time I try to just go back into the world unless I kill the game and restart could be the problem? I am on PlayStation.

Hi all. Sorry for the terrible quality of the photograph of my screen! I'm new to the game and I have just created two envirosuits, one for me and one for my friend I play with but I can't find out how to get them onto the Dropship. I hit Square on one of them and it does not move. Also it says no mounts selected for delivery. Do I need to have a mount in order to get my Enviro suit? I'm rather lost! Can anyone help? Thanks!
