Zone 2 for 45-60 min straight vs 30 min in the morning and 30 few hours later

Hi there

To get the most benefit of the fat burning zone 2 cardio, would you say it's better to do 45-60 min straight (after weight lifting like I normally do) then two separate sessions of 30 min each?

Thanks

Tried zone 2 but spent most of training on zone 3

Hi. Tried the sensor for the first time today, I liked it. I used it on recording mode and I want to keep within zone 2 for the fat burning effect.

But looking at the data, I spent most of the training ( Assault Air Bike on 197 watts) in zone 3, which is not optimal for my goal.

Could you help me pls? Should I lower the intensity? I'm 39 btw.

Thank you

Would you consider this a zone 2 training?

Hi.

I bought a Polar sensor, so I can take a look and try to keep on zone 2 HR.

Would you guys consider this zone 2 level training looking at this numbers? It was on Assault Air Bike.

I'm 39 and I'm not sure about my max HR, but rested is around 40/44.

Thank you.

Cardio. How often and when do you do it?

Hi. Do you do any cardio after weights and for how long? Either intervals or zone 2.

HR average vs HR min

Hello.

This image is from a video about the Polar Verity Sense recording mode.

I assume that the average HR is what I should look for if I want to keep in zone 2, right? Or is it HR per minute?

Thank you.

Will it ruin Mounjaro effect if do this to my diet?

Hello all.

First, sorry if this sound stupid.

I train and I eat healthy for some time now. It's been early days as I started Mounjaro, just a few days ago, so I still have normal hunger and I don't feel anything different for now.

Tomorrow I'll go to my sister birthay at a Japanese style buffet. Do you think it's fine if I go over the board a little and eat some good food portions? But as healthy as possible tho, as I normally dont eat fried foods or sweets. I'm planning on doing some plates with chicken and fish to grill, salads, steamed shrimp, vegetables and fruits.

Will this ruins anything or any Mounjaro effect now or in the future? Should I be concerned or is it fine?

Thanks

Armband doubt

Hello all.

Sorry for the dumb question, but I cant use it like this (with the tape at the front of the device) in the 1st picture, right ?

Only like it is in the 2nd picture, correct?

I'm asking this because I'm having some difficulties to put it in the arm as it's too tight and doesn't fit, only in forearm. Thank you.

Not feeling anything after first 2,5mg injection

Hi.

Had my 1st injection today about 5 hours ago but didn't feel anything so far.

On one hand it's positive not to feel any side effects, but on the other no appettite suppression so far.

Is it normal?

How much protein you take daily?

Hi. How much protein per lb do you normally consume daily?

Also, do you count all the protein sources or only the high quality protein like meat, fish, eggs, whey protein?

Assault Airbike watt range for Zone 2 cardio

Hello all.

I know this is a vague question, but do you think that a 168-179 watt range for 45/50 min is good effort for Zone 2 cardio for most people?

Thank you.

Obrigado

Seeking opinions - The day after having a feast of a breakfast

Yesterday I ate a lot at a breakfast buffet, but I also trained a lot with weight lifting and cardio sessions, with 50 run and a lot of daily steps.

Today is my off day from the gym and I'm fasting for almost 24h now. Should I just skip, keep fasting and only eat for tomorrow or should be fine if I just go outside and walk for 1 or 2 hours and get back to eating healthy again? What would you do?

It's kind of paranoic I know but I just don't want to get fattier after yesterday, even by eating healthy for today

Thanks
