Is it ok to maintain the dose?

So I did 4 weeks on 2.5mg, increased the dose and now this will be my last week on 5mg.

I had some side effects on this dose for the first few weeks but now I'm feeling better and they're less frequent.

If I stop having those side effects, is it ok to maintain the 5mg dose? Because I'm still having the results, no food noise and I don't eat as much, so I guess it's doing the job.

Thank you.

Carbohydrates—are you still eating them?

Hi, for those of you who’ve been seeing good results, you include carbs in your diet, right? I’m talking about rice and boiled potatoes, for example. I think it’s important to eat them and eat well, but as healthily as possible, of course.

Thank you

If you had to chose one for fat loss?

Hi all,I know that both are important but if you had to chose some days between zone 2 or 3 cardio for 25/30 min using a Air Bike Assault after strength training session or 10/15k steps, which one you'd pick for fat loss or even weight maintenance?

Thank you

Increasing the dose and diarrhea

Hi.

This sound gross but I increased the those for the first time from 2,5 to 5mg last week and I'm having a lot of diarrhea after meals. Not just once, but sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row.

Don't know if its related to that, probably is. Did anyone went trough this?

Did this happened to any of you?

Being tired and fatigued most of the time, doing too much exercise and weight didn't drop.

But then you reduced your exercise routine and suddenly your weight starts to go down again?

Maybe it was high cortisol or too low metabolism

Treadmill training suggestion

Hello,

Today is my rest day from the gym and since I have a treadmill with inclination at home, I'd like to try some quick HIIT training or similar.

Could you please recommend me something simple and effective to keep my heart rate high?

Thanks

Injection technique - Multidose Mounjaro pen

Hi,

Is it ok to inject the product in a seated position , pinch a bit of the skin, insert the needle in a 45 degree angle, inject and let go of the pinch?

That's normally what I do in my abdomen area

From 2,5 to 5mg Mounjaro

How did you feel going from 2,5mg to 5mg Mounjaro weekly dose? Did it worked for you or did it completely shut your appetite in a way you could barely eat without getting fuller shortly after?

Question about Mots-c

Hello,

How do you store unopened dry powder vials, in the freezer inside a airtight container?

What is a safe dose to take? 5mg divided in 4 days a week for example? And does it matter when you take it?

Thank you for your help.

Bought a treadmill with 18% inclination, but I've never done Norwegian 4x4 training and I don't know exactly what settings to use.

Hello,

So I bought a treadmill for those busy days where it's not possible to go to the gym and to do some intense workout home in the treadmill.

But I'm not sure what settings to use.

I have the FitShow app so it's connected to the treadmill and I created this 4x4 training, but I'm not sure if it isn't too much and I cant handle it till the end:

Warm up: 10 min

3% incline and 3.10mph

Interval: 4 min

10% inclination and 4.80mph

Recovery: 3 min

3% incline and 3.10mph

And repeat the same interval and recovery settings for the rest of workout, ending with a 5 min cooldown.

For those who have experience in this type of HIIT training, does it look too demanding for you?

Thank you for your time.
