What is this under my radiator?
Pulled over the radiator cover at my rental and this was under it?
There’s some sort of sticker on the hard wood and a weird sticky substance around it?
I’m grossed out and worried.

Hello Everyone!
My wedding is on August 29th this year and I am looking for a dress!
I have not gotten a dress yet because I’m very confident I can find something in a short period of time and I have no interest in the typical gown type dress. My friends are freaking out but I don’t think they understand I don’t want the typical dress and I’m going shopping alone.
Where can I get a somewhat casual dress online?
Looking for something flowy and boho or something light weight and sleek.
I’m not interested in anything heavy, layers, frilly, poofy, corset, beaded/sequin/glittery, a long train…the list goes on haha I just want something very simple but beautiful! It doesn’t even necessarily have to be labeled as a “wedding dress” if you know what I mean.
Can anyone send recommendations of websites or designers that fit this idea?
Maybe like anthropology or something along these lines.
Looking to keep my dress under 750 dollars TOPS.

90 percent of the time I go to a doctor I feel like I have to PUSH for testing, treatment or a referral.
They make you write a fucking dissertation about why you’re asking for anything and they create mountains out of mole hills.
I’m post partum and tried to schedule pelvic floor PT and of course I was told I can’t schedule without a referral. Go to get a referral from my OB and she responds by asking why I need this and she feels it’s unnecessary.
This is a common theme with practitioners and im so fed up with them.
Hi Ladies!
Can anyone recommend an endo specialist in the SJ area?
My gyn doesn’t specifically address endo and I was told to look for a specialist.
Thank you!
I HIGHLY suspect endometriosis and have had symptoms for almost 20 years.
That being said, I know the only real way to diagnose is through surgery.
It may be long term medical gaslighting and being told everything is “normal” when it is not but…
Has anyone went into surgery and were told they do not have endometriosis? If so, did it lead you down another path?
I will likely follow my gut and do the surgery but was curious if this is something that’s happened to someone, or if it’s actually rare!
Thanks 💕🩷
I don’t get it.
You can every symptom that warrants a test and it’s like doctors are more committed to not believing you that actually considering you may have an issue.
You have insurance to pay for the testing. You show up to your appts. You care about your health.
And if you finally get testing ordered it’s because you had to beg or bully for it.
Why? What is this? Why do doctors make their patients almost plead to order tests? Is there a complex where they enjoy this?
Is it because they just don’t believe you or is it bigger than this?
And don’t say because “the symptoms don’t warrant testing” I’ve had IBS like symptoms, pain, stomach distention, constant diarrhea.
Why just now after multiple appts, questions and reporting if this are you JUST ordering a stool sample.
Anyone else know they need surgery but absolutely terrified they may be worse off?
I want my life back, or at least a better quality of life but my fear, and the bad stories are holding me back.
Can anyone offer advice?
Can any fellow TOS sufferers please drop you resources for best doctors in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas?
Surgical docs
Pain management
Physical therapists
Therapists that help with chronic pain
Any other practitioners who helped with your pain?
Hey Everyone! New to the area! :)
Looking to find a new gym that offers group strength training classes and these interested me…
Does anyone have experience with any of these gyms?
True Fitness
Grit Fitness
Baseck
Bellum Strength and Training
Training aspects
Really looking for more of a small community feel than a chain gym because I want to mainly do group classes and enjoy the team feel, rather than use equipment on the floor.
Much appreciated!!
34, desk job since I was 18. Was told this was life. I was an athlete before. Now I have multiple conditions that I know are from long term desk work.
Spine pain, SI joint and hip pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain, muscle atrophy, headaches, migraines, depression.
I wish I knew then what I know now. Would have never ever taken this route, even for all the money in the world.
I can’t work a job that is too active now because of the pain so I’m in a perpetual cycle. I try PT and I try to stay active. I’m not over weight but I’m in constant pain and it makes it hard to be consistent with working out or getting stronger.
Just today, after a 12 hour shift, my SI joint is so irritated I can barely walk. I was going to go for a walk but it just kills all motivation and attempts to build consistency.
Please, if you have a desk job please be proactive. I’m so sad. I have such regrets. I thought because I was fit it wouldn’t hit me…and it did and it feels like it’s too late.
Does anyone in the South Jersey area suffer from this syndrome?
If so, can you post your best doctors in the area that treat this? (PT, pain management, ortho, neuro, massage therapist, surgeon)
Not interested in chiropractic care. I’m almost positive it exacerbated my issues.
Thank you.
Can people drop certain exercises that you feel helped you the most?
Whether it’s a google link, IG post or YouTube tutorial.
I haven’t been able to find a PT that understands TOS at all so I’d like to try to take action myself. More so looking for strengthening exercises then stretching - stretching makes my TOS worse and aggravated.
Thank you!
Can someone recommend a good pelvic floor PT in Camden county?
Most places I call don’t offer it or don’t accept insurance.
Ty! 🥰
Has anyone noticed their ears always feeling clogged and like your hearing is completely muffled?!
Literally can touch the muscles and they just feel….dead? I don’t know how else to explain it. Like nothingness, thin like paper, just mush under skin. Flaccid like there is absolutely no bulk.
My traps, rhomboids, Serratus, rotator muscles, delts, pecs, neck muscles.
They all look atrophied and weird. I don’t even look the same because of the muscle atrophy around my chest, shoulders, neck and back.
It’s horrifying to see in pictures how extreme the difference is and then when you go to doctors they just tell you you look fine (not that they would know) but it makes me feel like I am insane….i used to be confident.
This has destroyed a lot of me but a big one is my body image….just completely life changing.
My toddler has been absolutely obsessed with fish for a while now. He’s obsessed with Nemo, the aquarium and takes his toy fish every where he goes. He is turning three, and for his birthday we want to get him a fish. We want to teach him to care for and appreciate a living thing.
With that being said, obviously me and my husband will be doing the work so I would like to purchase a fish that is VERY low maintenance. We already have multiple cats (fish will be completely out of reach of them)
Can someone make a recommendation and send some basic tips? Thank you!
***THANK YOU EVERYONE who gave genuine responses as I knew there is quite a learning curve with this! Much appreciated! Excited to learn!***
I have about 15 years of medical office and admin experience. Most recently, working as a project manager for about 5 years. I have an associates in business admin. I’m 34.
Been looking into the paralegal field and lurking on this sub for a while.
Is it worth getting a two year degree or is there a way to break into the field without it?
Thanks!
This happens every other month or so, where I’ll have about 4-7 days of complete watery stools (literally straight liquid) and then finally when my stomach comes around again I have clay colored stools.
During this time I have barely any appetite and anything I put into my stomach makes me run to the bathroom.
Does anyone have a similar experience? If so, did you find out what was going on?
For anyone who is an only daughter and the rest of your siblings are brothers…
Do you see a difference or feel an extra responsibility placed upon you by your mother (or father) because you are the only girl?
I was raised by a single Mother so I only can provide that perspective.
Often times I feel like my brothers get off scot- free and I’m left to carry the emotional and mental load for a lot of things.
The planning and preparing of all events, holidays, birthdays. The purchasing of gifts. Putting thought into them. Helping with appointments of all kinds. Drives to and from the airport. Pet sitting. House sitting. Being medical and financial power of attorney in upcoming retirement. The list goes on. My brothers are never asked, or at least never asked first.
Just wondering if anyone else can relate?
