Overhead press
Lateral raises
Pull ups
Deadlift
Incline bicep curls
Hammer curls
Straight bar tricep push down
Overhead tricep thing with the ropes
Lower - Tuesday Friday
Barbell squat
Lunges
Calf raises
Ab workout
Wednesday - Swimming or Cycling
Saturday - Yoga
Sunday - Surfing
