Ovum Dominii AU:

It starts in Sonic Heroes. In this AU Eggman can stop Neo Metal Sonic from going rogue. He then upgrades both Tails Doll and Metal Knuckles to have Neo forms. The three robots successfully defeat Super Team Sonic and kill off all of Sonic's friends who were present in their Overlord forms.

After this, Eggman deploys the Overlords to wipe out G.U.N & ultimately succeeds. Eggman takes over the planet and declares it the Eggman Empire. He constructs Eggmanland over Station Square. Eggman also begins expanding into Space. Eggman has won, but now has to wage constant War to keep the planet under his control against the various villains that Sonic and his friends would've stopped.

◇Shadow the Hedgehog (05):

The Black Comet arrives and Black Doom begins his invasion. Since the original Shadow is dead, Black Doom makes do by manipulating a bunch of Shadow Androids into collecting the Emeralds for him. The Androids are supported by Black Arms forces.

Things get more complicated when a yellow Shadow Android who didn't choose to work with the Black Arms, unifies straggler G.U.N forces into an army to take down Eggman while he's distracted with Black Doom. While the war is hard-fought, the Purple Shadow Android ultimately gets all seven Chaos Emeralds and gives them to Black Doom. Black Doom kills the Purple Shadow Android and Chaos controls the Black Comet to the planet's surface.

-Black Doom transforms into Devil Doom and Neo Metal Sonic & Yellow Shadow Android go Super together to face this threat. (Tails Doll and Metal Knuckles stayed behind to protect Eggmanland from the Black Arms while Metal Sonic went ahead.) The pair succeeded in defeating Black Doom and blowing up the Black Comet with the Eclipse Cannon.

Because a group of Black Arms was busy attacking Eggmanland, they didn't get blown up with the rest. This splinter Black Arms group continues to be a thorn in Eggman's side as they come under the control of the purple Shadow Android.

◇Sonic Battle:

Just like the original timeline, Eggman finds out about Emerl through Gerald's research. He fails to form a link with it like in the original timeline but this time, the Heroic Yellow Shadow Android finds Emerl and the Gizoid becomes linked to him.

-The Shadow Android takes him back to G.U.N's cobbled together base built out of the remains of a G.U.N. airship. Shadow Android and Emerl slowly develop a familial bond as Emerl begins to gain self-awareness.

• Eventually, Eggman deploys Neo Metal Sonic and his team to recover Emerl. They are assisted by Chaos Gamma. The team raids G.U.N. It's then revealed that G.U.N has been able to rebuild Omega from what was left of his processor. They deploy Omega MK 2 and he ends up battling Chaos Gamma.

-Neo Metal Sonic ultimately succeeds in his mission and captures Emerl for Eggman and has him sent off to the Death Egg. Just like the original timeline, Eggman forms a link with Emerl by showing him the Final Egg Blaster.

-Emerl goes mad with power like in the original but this time he also takes over a horde of E-121 Phis (The Emerl replicas) and sends them at Eggman's forces to hold off Eggman's forces while Emerl prepares to destroy the planet.

-Shadow Android is the only one to make it through with help from Neo Metal Sonic and Omega MK 2. Shadow Android in his super form battles Emerl and much like the original timeline it ends in the latter's death. In this timeline, the Phis vanish after Emerl's death.

◇Sonic Advance 3:

This one is the most similar just with Shadow Android taking the place of Sonic and working with Eggman to defeat Gemerl when he ultimately goes rogue. At the end, Gemerl is reprogrammed by a G.U.N scientist and seeks out the E-121 Phis who escaped after Emerl's defeat. He unites them as an army that fights Eggman and is allied with G.U.N.

◇Sonic Rush:

Because our Eggman split the main universe into pocket realities with Chaos Control, this caused Eggman Nega to become aware of Eggman from the main universe(In this AU, Sage is the one who created Eggman Nega as a clone of her father. There are actually multiple Eggman Negas and Sage creating multiples is the explanation for Rush Nega and Rivals Nega having different backstories).

-Eggman Nega was able to take over due to accidental assistance from the main universe Eggman. The burst of Chaos Energy main universe Eggman used to split reality seeped into the Sol Dimension and destabilized the Sol Emeralds and by proxy Blaze the Cat. Nega defeated a weakened Blaze and took over the Sol Dimension. When the Sol Emeralds are restabilized and the Chaos Control split is undone, Nega makes his move. He sets out to find the Jeweled Scepter and uses its power to ascend. He abandons the name "Eggman Nega" and christens himself the "Egg Wizard".

Egg Wizard makes his way to main universe Eggman and offers to team up with him to take over the multiverse and use the power of the stars to make a multiversal Eggmanland. In this timeline, Eggman says no. The successful takeover of his planet has given him a massive ego boost and he refuses.

Egg Wizard declares war on Dr. Eggman and begins an interdimensional invasion with his Army of Jeweled Scepter-empowered machines.

During Egg Wizard's invasion, G.U.N teams up with the Eggman Empire. Shadow Android, Omega MK 2, and the Team Neo Metal Sonic Battle the forces that are exiting an interdimensional rift into the main universe.

Meanwhile, Eggman has Neo Metal Sonic Copy the Jeweled Scepter's data so that they have a way to close the rift. While Neo Metal Sonic is closing the rift, Eggman battles Egg Wizard in an epic 1v1 in space while piloting a modified Egg King (from Sonic Rush).

When Egg Wizard realizes what Neo Metal Sonic is doing, he attempts to reverse it with the Jeweled Scepter. The Power of the Stars energy feedback from that causes the Jeweled Scepter to shatter as Neo succeeds in closing the rift. Neo Metal gets burnt out from using the Power of the Stars in this way and loses the Jeweled Scepter data. Eggman sees his chance and disintegrates Eggman Nega. With that, the war is over.

◇Sonic 06:

Because Eggman lost the info on the Jeweled Scepter when Neo Metal Sonic burnt himself closing the rift, Eggman sets out to find other ways to expand Eggmanland across space and time. He ultimately finds out about the failed Solaris Project through research.

He invades Soleana just like in the original timeline, however, without Sonic in the way, Eggman gets his hands on Elise and takes her to the Egg Carrier.

Because G.U.N got devastated by the War with Egg Wizard, Shadow Android doesn't arrive as soon as the original Shadow did in the main timeline. This gives Eggman enough time to build a giant energy siphon/containment unit called "The Sun Siphon" based on the original container the Duke used to contain Solaris. He uses this to safely drain the Iblis power in Elise and essentially turns her into a battery for his technology.

Eventually, Shadow Android arrives and frees a traumatized Elise and the two go on the run. Eggman tries to hunt them down but gets distracted by the Rimlight Corporation. In the canon games, they are the ones who designed the robots that Eggman uses in Sonic 06. That's why they don't fit his style.

In this AU, the Rimlight Corporation attempts to push Eggman out of Soleana with a new army of robots they'd been building in secret. War breaks out while Shadow Android & Elise hang low. The Rimlight Corporation receives help from a mysterious white hedgehog.

The two attempt to steal the Scepter of Darkness after Eggman finds it and just like in the main timeline, Mephiles is freed and steals Shadow's shadow. (This version of Mephiles would have cyborg implants because Shadow Androids seem to be cyborgs).

Mephiles vanishes whilst Shadow and Elise retreat. While they are on the run, Shadow Android & Elise begin to bond, in part because Elise reminds the latter of Maria.

Silver eventually finds Elise and Shadow Android and attempts to kill Shadow Android because Mephiles told him that he was the Iblis trigger. Silver nearly wins against the Android who has been worn down and damaged by the constant battles during this war. Elise can talk Silver down.

Silver and Shadow Android time travel to the past to find answers about the Solaris Project experiment with an adult Elise tagging along. This section is pretty much the same as the original 06, but in this AU, adult Elise gets to comfort her dying father and hug her child self.

Shadow, Silver, and Elise arrive in the present and have to fight off a fully repaired and operational Neo Metal Sonic who had tracked some temporal disturbances with his scanners. Eggman arrives and captures Elise while the two are distracted. Mephiles observes how Silver and Shadow are working together and that Silver has been compromised. It was time for his contingency plan.

Eggman explains to Elise as he plugs her back into the Sun Siphon that he doesn't know if she'll survive the amount of Iblis Energy he's going to Siphon for Eggmanland.

Shadow Android and Silver make one last attack on the Egg Carrier assisted by the Rimlight Corporation's machines. Things seem to be in Eggman's favor as the mad doctor fires up the Sun Siphon.

Then suddenly, hundreds of dark purple portals open up as versions of Silver pour out from them. They begin attacking Eggman's Iblis-infused Badniks but also hunting down Shadow. This was Mephiles' nuclear option, sending Silvers from various possible futures and pointing them towards Shadow and Dr. Eggman.

Neo Metal Sonic becomes Metal Overlord as the rest of Team Metal follows suit and battles the Silver Army. The Silver Army is led by a powerful Silver variant called "Argentum". Shadow Android and Prime Silver team up with Metal Overlord to attempt to stop the Silvers.

Shadow Android and Prime Silver ultimately fight their way to the Sun Siphon on the Egg Carrier. Shadow Android and Silver are confronted by an Iblis-infused Egg Wyvern. Silver holds it off while Shadow Android goes to free Elise.

Shadow Android makes it to the Sun Siphon, where a barely living Elise is overjoyed to see him. The Android works on opening the Siphon when Mephiles appears and kills Shadow Android with a cheap shot(The Android had already been seriously damaged in all the battles since he arrived at Soleana).

Elise lets out a pained yet powerful scream that shatters the Sun Siphon as Iblis begins to be released by her pain and Mephiles summons the Chaos Emeralds to himself.

However, something went terribly wrong. As a side effect of Eggman nearly draining Elise to death with the Sun Siphon, the seal was corrupted. When Iblis was freed, its power merged with Elise's dying soul and gave her ascendancy into a new form dubbed "Flame Queen Elise".

Flame Queen Elise attacked Mephiles before the latter could realize what happened and Incinerated Mephiles, killing him. The Flame Queen used the Emeralds' power to revive Shadow Android, empower herself & then set out to burn everything and burn the world to the ground since it allowed Eggman to take over. Because of Iblis's influence, she goes on a rampage, fighting the Rimlight Corporation, Eggman, and the Silver Army.

Neo Metal Sonic, Shadow Android, and Silver team up to locate the Chaos Emeralds as the Rimlight Corporation allies with Eggman to stall Flame Queen Elise.

Eventually, the 3 got the 7 Chaos Emeralds and went super against Flame Queen Elise. During the fight, Elise starts to overpower Iblis' control and at the climax of the fight, intentionally takes a fatal blow from Super Shadow Android.

Shadow Android cradles a dying Princess Elise in his arms as she begins to disintegrate into embers.

Elise asks Shadow Android that when he leaves Soleana, he'll still remember her and this place. Shadow Android promises. Elise fully disintegrates into embers.

Shadow becomes consumed with grief. He uses Chaos Control with Silver to go back in time to Mephiles' sneak attack on Shadow Android. Future Shadow Android saves past Shadow Android and attacks Mephiles. Past Shadow Android frees Elise while Future Shadow battles Mephiles. Mephiles immediately clocks Future Shadow Android as a time traveler.

During the fight, Shadow Android realizes he can't truly defeat Mephiles and decides to contain him. He kicks Mephiles into the Sun Siphon and activates it, while not Iblis, Mephiles' power is close enough to that the machine liquifies Mephiles, seemingly killing him (he's still alive but severely weakened).

Future Shadow Android begins to fade away as time shifts from his changes to history. Future Shadow Android stares up at the Moon, the one that has been shattered since SA2.

In the new future, Shadow Android takes Elise off the Egg Carrier as it crashes. Meanwhile Prime Silver talks the Silver army out of killing Shadow, explaining that they were being used by Mephiles.

This story ends with a scene of Shadow Android and Elise at a restarted Festival of the Sun. Silver watches on as he spies Eggman's forces retreating from Soleana.

Back at Eggmanland, Eggman is going over telemetry from the Sun Siphon when he observes something intriguing. He notices information about Mephiles. Mephiles is tied to darkness and it would seem that Mephiles is not merely Solaris' mind but also its inner darkness. Eggman began to research darkness as a force to see if it could be used for the Eggman Empire.
