I finally got the 3 event villagers on my planet now!! Definitely doable in 90 days! Took like not even 2 weeks?
Medowlyn just caught a weird blue crab, wonder how rare it is (got the hat from Dorjelang hat blind boxes) also the pose with the hairbrush is from Medowlyn keepsakes

Also what if you mix dragonstone reef and the fluorite one ? Would it turns purple since it would be a mix of blue and pinkish red?? That would be such a good idea to get even more unique details if you mix certain fruits together
Since the neighbor limit is hidden I don’t even know if I’ve reached it, I thought but I still managed to meet Heyu today despite having supposedly all my villagers plot filled… so either you can still meet them despite having no space left or the villager limit is higher!! So good news anyway? :D
Also all my islets were discovered yet they still had a new mystery planet with a question mark today so I knew it was an encounter island!! Good to know (they disappear after going there and you can never go back)
For 1 minutes minimum to at least 5-10 min! That’s pretty nice, it can really help though you can also decline if you don’t want to
Something I’ve noticed about villagers (may be wrong but that’s just what happened to me) I couldn’t meet new neighbors on starsea islets for a while but the moment my Luca tree got to lvl 24~ I unlocked one more space for a new neighbor and boom I met her on a random planet and was able to recruit her just fine.
So the limit seems to be 7 villagers if they don’t raise it more that’s less than acnh, and also I don’t know how you can swipe your villagers since some of them will be time limited it would be better to get a free space to make sure you recruits them before they leave
It’s been almost 2 weeks of playing the beta, so that’s how long it took me to get 6 villagers and to reach Luca tree lvl 24 but some players got way ahead of me so it’s definitely possible to grind more I suppose
I don’t think they explained properly how those villagers will be treated but since you can only find them in the new area that is only available for 90d (during the snowfall season) I wonder how they will treat these villagers after. If you’ve befriended them, they will stay available to come on your planet, but if you’ve missed on them you may not see them again until there’s a rerun event?
Also if you’ve missed any of the event creatures (fish bugs sea critters) and you want to fill your compendium then it would be best to have a rerun of some sort so you can visit those special islets to catch them
And lastly each villagers got their own keepsakes which you can trade for footprints, but event villagers use miraprints which are event footprints. Once the event ends do you think they will let us use normal footprints to redeem the other rewards? Including those that are tied to the season pass? Doesn’t seems fair for those who paid for it so they might not. But also would sucks that you can’t get any of their keepsakes anymore until a rerun event :|
There’s no difference between normal and event villagers btw they all got their own furniture set to give you, all got their own home and music etc they may also just become permanently available on the other galaxies later
I know many don’t like it but since they’re asking for it on the survey i think they would like to expand the area which I’m not against after all there’s not so much to do anymore since we’ve completed the miracle outfit and there’s a tree that collects the stars now so it’s just staying there and leaving

The hardest one is the memory challenge I don’t really get how it works but the villager will say a story with some key points highlighted but you really have to focus 🥲
Thats all the neighbors I met in one week of playing the beta! There’s still some of them I haven’t met.
You have to meet them twice on random starsea islets (you can visit 3 per day) before you can reach level 2 and invite them to your planet to start their story quests (to have them as neighbors) it’s really easy but I found on most day I don’t meet a single new villager so it will takes a lot of time
Also there’s a limit to the number of neighbors you can have on your planet and you can upgrade it by raising your Luca tree level but it’s still limited in the sense of you won’t be able to have 10+ villagers (even acnh doesn’t let you have more so….)
Each villages have their own unique music theme in their home, their own furniture sets (8 items including flooring and wallpaper)which they can also give you randomly, they all have unique dialogues, some of them are already acquainted (like Harpeno and Msafiri) and they all have their own Luca fruit which will reshape your planet (can change the color of the beach, cliff, or even constellations in the sky or the shape of clouds)
Some villagers may be time limited (those who have two set in their keepsakes) as they are right now tied to a limited time event (the snowfall season) which last 90days (but it may change for the final release or the villagers may join the pool of permanent characters after their event ends)
In general their dialogues are really good, when you tell them you’re depressed they don’t judge you and may bring it later to see if you’re still feeling down, they ask you if they can do anything to help, you can play minigames or explore the planet with them and they will gather ressources, you can also go on expeditions with them to explore the star sea (where you can meet new neighbors fruits trees and materials)
And she gave me a cute plushie~ the best villager design wise for me, I want her furniture set and plushies gimme all and her Luca fruit for sheep shaped clouds 🥺
There’s a special event story where you get to meet the character Heyu and I suppose the two others will shop up as well! Some rewards are locked behind the seasons pass though. Only the first part is available now
To get rewards on the season pass you need to get event footprints which you can also get through event dailies
And I think you may be able to meet the new neighbors during starsea explorations but I’m not 100% sure???? And if it’s a time limited thing or not
ALSO the game asks you to turn on your microphone to blow for the kettle thing, but you can just long press the button and it will works the same. Don’t know if this feature will be kept

Ça fait longtemps que je les fréquente donc je donne aussi mon avis, Je trouve que la qualité a beaucoup baissé chez certaines enseignes… je vais parler de boutiques qui vendent des trucs liés au Japon comme la nourriture ou des figurines de collection / des mangas, et aussi c’est juste mon avis personnel basée sur plusieurs années à les fréquenter vous pouvez avoir une expérience totalement différente 😅
Mangaland: 8,5/10 l’une des meilleures boutiques pour des figurines d’animé et du merchandising sympas. La dame qui gère la boutique est vraiment gentille, on peut faire des commandes privées aussi. J’aime bien y aller et on discute toujours bien, sa boutique est microscopique, c’est le seul point dommage et tout est entassé comme la caverne d’Ali baba mais on y trouve des trucs rares et vraiment sympas (si t’aimes Pokémon, Sanrio, studio ghibli, certains persos de Pop Mart…) En général les produits sont corrects et c’est la meilleure boutique de la ville pour ce genre de produits.
Momie manga: 7/10 Depuis qu’ils vendent plein de boîtes surprises aléatoires et en plus super cher, ça me saoule un peu d’y aller. Avant c’était correct, mais maintenant ils ont un rayon entier de blind box partout, je crois qu’ils en ont plus que de vraies figurines d’animé, ce qui est pas foufou. Aussi ils refusent de te laisser choisir le personnage que tu veux dans la blind box, ce qui n’est pas le cas de la dame de Mangaland qui elle accepte. Donc forcément des points en moins pour eux, il y a beaucoup de mangas aussi et des mangas pour adultes érotiques, mais finalement je trouve quand même qu’ils ont pas mal changé, pas forcément en bien, les prix sont parfois + chers qu’ailleurs
Manga évasion : 5/10. Avant il y avait des cartes Pokémon/Yugioh et figurines sympas, mais maintenant je trouve plus rien qui m’intéresse. Puis ils sont à côté de momie qui est juste plus grand et a plus de trucs, donc bon, on peut aussi manger à leur espace restauration et j’y ai été deux fois, c’était bon mais sans plus.
Manga thé: 4/10 J'y vais plus du tout pour des raisons personnelles (utilisation de l’ia+ trop cher et d’autres commerces proposent du matcha/ube maintenant, ça s’est bien démocratisé) Un jour j’avais acheté un lait périmé (attention à ça, ils le font bcp j’ai remarqué, les dates japonaises se lisent différemment des dates européennes donc faites attention), c’était dégueulasse évidemment, 10 balles de perdu… et pas sûr que ça soit légal de vendre du périmé
K-Shop: 5/10 Ils font des trucs japonais même si c’est surtout coréen, pareil pour les produits périmés, attention, avant il y avait des dorayaki mais maintenant j’en trouve plus. C’est cool et le vendeur a l’air sympa, mais perso je trouve que c’est vraiment trop une boutique clichée avec des cardboards de K-pop partout et les produits coréens skincare, ça fait boutique pour fan de K-pop adolescent, donc pas trop bien, pis parfois je comprends plus le concept de ce genre de boutique tu commences à voir des cartes Pokémon chinoises en vente?… c’est quoi le rapport je vois pas trop
Mochi mochi: 3/10 Apparemment ils sont bien notés sur Google, ben perso j’ai détesté chacun des produits que j’ai commandés chez eux. Une crêpe façon japonaise avec glace> dégueulasse, ma maman aussi a trouvé le goût horrible. Des melons pans??? Ils étaient durs comme du béton… C'est censé être moelleux! Vraiment, je comprends pas les bonnes notes, peut-être que le reste est mieux? De ce que je lis des avis, les gens consomment surtout les mochis, donc c’est sûrement ça qu’ils savent faire le mieux.
Gamecash: 7/10 Je crois qu’ils ont ouvert il y a pas si longtemps que ça, ils ont pas mal de figurines japonais, objets ghiblis comme des sacs ou baguettes… et aussi les jeux vidéo et consoles rétro. Il y avait aussi des gachapon japonais, mais bon ils ne les changent pas. J’y ai été pas mal de fois et je trouve que c’est bien, mais certains produits n’ont pas leur étiquette d’authenticité, donc pas fou pour les collectionneurs qui veulent être certains de ce qu’ils achètent. Petit point négatif j’avais vu qu’ils commencent à mettre des blinds box aussi et en plus pour des personnages complètement random que personne connait je trouve ça nul mais bon
Ah et pour finir si on parle d’événement japonais la Kamocon- Kamoplay je lui mettrait 4/10. La moitié des stands vendent des produits pas en rapports avec le Japon, les animés ou la culture asiatiques. Genre le stand de haribo, de haches????????? Des produits de Allieexpress en masse du dropshipping, vraiment pas aimé et j’y ai été deux années différentes ça n’a pas changé avec le temps (ça manque la Dijon saiten seul les vrais ont connu….) en plus la plupart des stands prennent pas la carte bancaire, on trouvais pas de distributeur pour retirer des sous donc bon courage le bordel pour acheter des cannettes si ta pas de monnaies….
