I'm looking for a watch that I can pretty much control all aspects of my phone from my watch, such as checking alerts, reading and responding to messages, answering calls (using headphones), use apps like Spotify, etc.

I don't really care about all the health monitoring stuff although I suppose it is a bonus.

Basically, I want to take my phone out of my pocket as little as possible and just use my watch. What are the better options?
