UK 80s kids show with a modular set
Please help me prove I'm not going mad!
I remember a show with a modular set of a bold colour, in a large wall. They'd pull out shelves, seats, and other things straight from the wall and drive around in a little open top square car

How long to not be breathless after PE?
Hi all
Stumbled upon this sub by chance and hope I can ask a question as a newbie?
Long story short, I was diagnosed with unprovoked bilateral mass PE with infarctions as well as an undetermined infection back in April. CRP 260, D-Dimer 4.6.
Had a week in hospital, on rivaroxaban for life now. 47M, UK based.
Even a 15 minute flat walk wipes me out still. The heatwave hasn't helped but I was expecting to be able to increase exercise a little. I've also put on a few kg since (I know that's my fault!)
I know they're not the most accurate, but my Garmin watch tells me my o2 varies between 88%-92%. I was hoping that would be higher by now.
"3 months" was touted a lot when I left hospital so guess I've put a lot on that timeframe, so hoping for some real world stories.
Thanks in advance

Man suffers fatal spinal cord injury after attempting to lift four bags of cement for a bet
In September 2025, a young man in Nigeria named Gbenga died after a fatal, high-stakes bet involving lifting 200kg (440 lbs) of cement. The extreme vertical load caused immediate, catastrophic axial compression of the spine, leading to paralysis and subsequent death from systemic failure four days later.
The incident happened when Gbenga and his friends placed a bet, daring each other to carry multiple cement bags. The prize for the winner was a mobile phone.
Each bag reportedly weighed 50kg, making the total load a staggering 200kg — nearly three times the average man's body weight.
Encouraged by adrenaline and the desire to prove himself, Gbenga attempted the challenge. In a viral video, he managed to lift the bags briefly but suddenly collapsed under the overwhelming weight.
Witnesses claimed his spine and nervous system gave way instantly, leaving him unable to move or speak properly. Sadly, by Wednesday, Gbenga had passed away from the injuries, plunging his family, friends, and community into grief.
The tragic incident sparked intense conversations on social media, with many Nigerians warning young people about the dangers of reckless dares, peer pressure, and clout-chasing stunts. Commentators stressed that no fleeting moment of validation or prize is worth endangering one's health and future.
Spider webs, removal of...
I seem to have thousands of spiders around my bungalow like a moat and no matter what I do, there are cobwebs constantly everywhere high and low in any possible gap! Then I make a hash of trying to clear them and they end up stuck all over my boots and clothes!
I don't doubt it's a losing battle trying to ask them to relocate, so is there an easier (probably) obvious way of clearing all the webs quickly that I'm totally missing? Brush? Rags? Stick?
