I’m launching a brand new YouTube channel focused on deep-dive, documentary-style videos heavily inspired by **Johnny Harris**. I'm talking about fast-paced storytelling, custom map animations, kinetic typography, and making complex topics super engaging.
Right now, I am just starting out on this journey, which means **my current budget is quite tight**. I want to be completely upfront about that. **What You'll Be Doing:**
Editing 10–20 minute documentary/essay-style videos.
Crafting clean, narrative-driven map animations and data visualizations (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
Sourcing and blending archival footage, photos, and sound design to keep retention high.
Working closely together based on my scripts and voiceovers.
**What I’m Looking For:**
Someone with a portfolio/showreel of documentary or YouTube essay-style edits.
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
An understanding of visual pacing, sound design, and storytelling.
Someone who is patient, collaborative, and excited to grow together from day one!
