As I step away from high school and move on with college I am intending to cut all contact except with the math and science department and the coaches. I feel like all other academic departments have been indifferent towards me. The math department has supported me in a lot of ways. For example, one of the teacher have brought me a calculus for dummies textbook. Plus, my baseball coach is also a math teacher and helps me become a better and stronger person. Even tho my calc teacher isn’t great and that I have been bogged down by c’s and D’s in the class I still managed to get a 4 on the AP thanks to the help and motivation that the math department gave me. Not only that they gave me an award worth 250$.

During a dual credit science class my professor is approachable and is willing to write me a recommendation letter. I will also be needing that for my transfer application.

Now to the negative part, I remember when the history department denied me AP world for no vaild reason even though I got a 97+ in global 1& 2. They didn’t even give me the honors version. During my junior year they also denied me APUSH cuz it was full and the only alternative they gave me is honors us histor. It was sad that they didn’t allow me to take the AP exam. The ableist English department denied me classes that made me academically competitive. For instance I was denied AP lang and lit and was stuck with regular English. Still I managed to get college credit for English thru college now which is a dual enrollment program.

I feel socially excluded from my peers the only time when I felt included is during baseball practice.

Planning to fit baseball in the schedule, Gen chem is full so I plan to take it at BMCC if Bio waiting list closes that I plan to take it at bmcc as well

I work really hard for these grades and its going to be a shame for them to go to waste.

I got accepted into RU-N my first cycle for the business school.

I also applied to NB but got rejected cuz I thought that NB would reconsider my application should I get rejected from Pharmacy school.
