Anambra Commissioner of Police, investigating the murder of two unarmed Igbo youths by police officers at the head of Onitsha bridge.

The violence and tribalism being dealt by these so called “peace keepers“ in South Eastern states and beyond must come to an end.

Its disgusting that we’re dealing with police brutality in Africa of all places. In areas we should be calling home.

Would I be wrong for saying that Cap team up is useless If its not enhanced?

With Wolverine/Savage Hulk team up. I hit faster. Move faster. Enhanced, I basically get tenacity and damage reduction.

What exactly does base cap team up offer other than a long cool down for an underwhelming move?

Enhanced, its much better but once again. The cool down for it is insane.

Is farming prototype gear still miserable? How necessary is it for someone who just about only plays PvE?

Just trying to get a gauge if I could enjoy the game without taking part in my least favorite part of it

Would a Doomfist or Black Widow style rework save Storm from irrelevance?

after the strong season 9 buffs, both blade and black panther jumped in usage and relevance meta wise.

black panther is a very strong and fast diver. with a great ttk for removing troublesome squishy targets off the field. thanks to the season 9 wife buffs, he’s really turned into a viable main and pick for the community. his pick rate came up to 7 percent with him averaging just in the upper middle rankings usage wise.

same for blade, now that he’s relevant as a beefy brawler. with 350 hp and very strong life steal and a fast melee loop. he’s actually some what meta in brawl comps looking to push thru front to back team compositions. he even saw some pro usage in early season 9. he also climbed up by a lot in usage stats since he became more viable.

my question now is, is storms lack of identity gameplay wise holding her back from having more usage? which in turn justifies her lack of skins and gameplay popularity/pick rate?

storm sort of acts as both a team buffer and a dps flyer. if the devs made her hit like ironman from any distance she chooses. she’d be way too strong. if you could move and damage like johnny storm. while also buffing her teammates and doing auto field/aoe damage.

she’d be busted and way too strong. in her current state. just like in season 2. shes sort of just an ultimate merchant with the jeff team up. just to a far weaker degree.

so my point for asking this would be, would she better off getting reworked as just a pure flying dps. by just removing her ability to buff her teammates to balance that out.

or just going with the theme of her being a flying support, like her jeff team up move allows her to do? she’d be able to both deal damage and heal with her primary. while also switching weather to make her team stronger or faster

maybe reworking her to be a really strong flying support might raise her usage stats and justify her getting more skins like the other support characters

would the storm mains here be open to either idea? of maybe a rework or a reclass for ororo?

Question for the high elo players - How effective is he into triple support?

i was just wondering last night. if he could break or collapse triple support teams now that his ttk is faster with the storm team up.

i typically play him on my dps solo q alt thats not too high elo wise since i main tank and my panthers pretty unreliable still. but i was wondering how well he would be able to break a triple support team by consistently picking off a healer or two with each dive
