Will DreamWorks give up the rights to the Dinotrux ip in the future?

Since the show ended years ago with no new content, and Dinotrux supercharged left netflix and the main series will leave netflix until January 1st, 2028, does this mean DreamWorks rights will expire? The show is based on the books by Chris Gall.
