What would be done if someone's word doesn't match their body language.?
I mean, like sometimes, I feel the the other person will do the work , but that too out of formality, but the slight squirk in voice and eye brow twitch or a still hand, tells a complete different story?
My question is. How would we identify? And once identified , then what next? How will you deal with the situation?
