Is minoxidil addictive?
After a health scare that fell on starting minox oral... Now I am on prescribed oral minox (1.25mg day and night) and use foam on my chest, a bit on the top of arms nowadays too, and a bit on my beard gaps (also nowadays, one line of foam at the top of each cheek along where the beard starts with hope for the top beard part to get thiccer).
This is actually feeding back to my system and lowers my high-ish blood pressure... So the foam is a nice add-on to increase the systemic dosage but it's less than two months and my existing hair seems to respond and there was a bump on the edge of my mustache, thought it was a pimple... Squeezed it and a baby hair launched! Should I stop foam? Am I producing much faster than I should?
My testosterone is borderline low and I think this might be a catalyst which while is good for minox, maybe I am speeding up too much to the point that instead of becoming a hairy bear I might end up a... wolf? 😂
I am finding myself enjoying putting foam more and more to the body day and night which might be a feedback loop my body enjoying less blood pressure but has anyone heard if this is addictive? I haven't microneedled with a pen yet but I bought one and I am conflicted if this is a good move to microneedle my chest and arms or if it will cause issues including ingrown hair.
Any help on the topic is much appreciated, I think I am moving too fast :/
I was watching the latest trailer and noticed that the students use hand gestures to cast spells (I'd say it's more like a full body movement than gestures but y'all get the idea). If that's the speed at which they can do it, throwing a rock at your enemy in battle would be much, much faster lol.
What do you guys think?
Has anyone experienced hot flashes (like mild fever) and increased sweating at night?
Given that I already have chronic night sweating (haven't found someone who knows how to check why properly), it might be just a fluke but the hot flashes (especially upper half on the body such as shoulders and head) are not a symptom I had before starting minoxidil.
I wonder if this will go or if you know what I could do to counteract it?

There was an effort to say that Rory was written as knowing everything at 18 but not later (at 24 if I recall, they deleted the post).
I would like to say that Rory not being on top of her game and everything being one success after another is VERY realistic.
She did not face many real world challenges at 18, e.g. toxic as acid culture, get attacked/confronted by Logan's family and a dancer, and spend the night in a cell AND get convicted to do community service, have a huge rift with her mother and then with her grandparents. The list goes on and on and on.
Life is not just having read 1000 books (or watched 100 TV shows, in some people's cases... cough cough) but facing issues and challenges, sometimes one after the other or even worse, in parallel.
She had little to no experience and she was not raised in these circles she dived into. I can totally relate as I found myself going from a "Stars Hollow" kind of place (and this is sugarcoating it) to "MIT" level of environments and believe me, it does not matter if you are a good person, with good will and some knowledge... it takes experience, background, networking, persistence, a mental state that others have been prepared for, for their entire lives and so many other things.
So no, this is very wrong to say that Rory "failed".
