This post outlines a policy I would dub: Project Ratatoskr.

[Ratatoskr](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ratatoskr) is a very important figure for the goings-ons of the universe.

Project Ratatoskr (PR) would ensure that citizens, civilians, service members, employees, and even foreign dignitaries could find their path(s) through the myriad mazes of the labyrinthian apparatus of the government and all of its organizations, agencies, forms, and processes.

Who would hold these ministerial positions of wayfinding?

Everyone who has been laid off because of [fly-by-night rogue entities such as DOGE](https://www.npr.org/2026/09/30/nx-s1-5985202/fbi-hack-shinyhunters). Everyone who has been laid off by technology companies. Anyone told “go to college, get a job”. Anyone with any sort of expertise with the processes and chambers of government. Seems like everyone might have a piece of the puzzle.

I think PR would be an hourly exchange of labor and advice, paid for by such rogue entities as mentioned before, and via special tax budgets; to ensure that processes are not akin to AI phone menus that never seem to understand what anyone is saying or who to connect, and so that the processes of government are *actually* made efficient, frictionless, and swift.

Who is in charge of Project Ratatoskr?

I’d say [the Council of Humanity](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheUnivercity/s/wN1igAoC8D). Peter Thiel wants a One World Government, right? There could be other entities, but the largest constituency of [the Planet] are [The People], and perhaps we could employ the United Nations as well.

Why do We require Project Ratatoskr?

Oh, my sweet summer child. I could offer you a myriad reasons why, I don’t think you have the time though.

Maybe none of this is possible, but to me, this is the most logical and rational action to do considering what I have survived through and what avenues I have already attempted in an active effort to repair the wrongs willfully wrought over decades to many more than just me.

I’m only one person.

You’re not getting reasons or excuses, you’re getting my perspective, facts, and research compiled and built off of the work of others.

It’s entirely possible I am wrong about absolutely everything, but I’m not the one who has frailty and issues adapting to better data, and at least I can admit that without syncretism, logistics, and sweeping mistakes under the rug.

I can look in the mirror, see my strengths and weaknesses, and take my own issues on headfirst; this is not the problem.

Objectively/Subjectively speaking, it is probable that I am doing all of this 10% for me and my own personal hopes, and 90% for [you](https://www.reddit.com/r/TyrannyOfTime/s/Be53PFfte4). The “me” I know myself as has not been around since ~2009; you know, back when the Strait of Hormuz was a tidbit of information 95% of the globe had no idea about because everything was working swimmingly.

I have become a version of myself I am not proud of, but this version only had one of my own hands molding it. This matters less to me than you might think because there are greater purposes we all should be working towards; The Work is not wrought without some damage.

I will take this opportunity, though, to say “FLOCK YOU!” to the obsessed opportunists; my reactions to your treatment are likely a reflection of what you see in yourselves in the mirror. The world is watching you engage in Middle School tier behavior. Please grow up, use your words, don’t litter, stop taking money from the Epstein Class and whatever dark web hellscape you emerged from.

I cannot accept the status quo/stagnant quo, but I’m not here to smash it either. #A Note on Asymmetry, PR, and Why Society Needs YOU to be the Superhero You Wish to See in the World

Concerning the discussion of Ironheart vs Ironman:

They were the same; both geniuses without the social function of forms. They were “eccentrics” just “functional” enough. It goes back to the [FoH/BoH discourse](https://www.reddit.com/r/TyrannyOfTime/s/3cAeMdZR6y).

Sit with that for a minute.

If we were to put them both “in a cave with a box of scraps”: both could get out.

Put them both into the society of bureaucracy: both would fail (and do).

Ironman had Pepper, Ironheart had nothing.

A billionaire has more resources and a safety net than a person coming up from rock bottom whose foundation is inherently traumatic, unsupportive, and lacking resources, materials, and connections to do Work while contending with similar sabotage that the billionaire faces, but without all of what they have and have had their whole life.

#Closing Statement

Please review “The Four Pillar Framework for a Better World v3” (a prior, included link) as to what I, if not every person, likely requires from leaders with the authority to do so, pertaining to their individual lives and the society we all share and contribute to.

This is not rocket science, it’s a Humanities subject.

As of now, considering that I study History so as not to repeat mistakes, I see no upside or downside to doing or not doing, staying or going, engaging or not engaging. This is not balance nor stasis, the trends indicate decay and I have to consider why or for what purpose that is, as well as if that notion is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

I have been waiting in “Yes & No” limbo for quite an imminent amount of time. “Just give it time” is a poor tactic when ambivalence, ambiguity, ignorance, and multiple constraints are touted as the solution and the problem.

I have put in the efforts, I act as best I can, and I don’t think it is me who must continually come back to post about reasons and excuses when I have not even gotten an apology about the online and IRL attacks concerning cybercrimes, ID theft, IP theft, attempted murder plots, B+Es, intimidation, espionage, stalking, vandalism, harassment, and more.

It has been ~20 years of this behavior from YOU (you know who you are, and likely so does AI), and all of that time and anything that could have been built lost; additionally 10 years of time specifically lost to Targeted Censorship/Economic Terrorism concerning my online published works and reach.

The damages you willfully wrought involve damages to Self (Physical, Psychological, Emotional), Family, Friends, Romance, Business, Investments, Collaborations, and the Daily Compounding Effects merely from your inability to adapt or evolve [your behaviors, incentives, and ideology](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheUnivercity/s/ciSP7A2fqI), have a good faith discussion, and come clean about what this was all for.

On that note, considering the previous link: I found Tucker Carlson’s show last night deeply disappointing and abhorrent.

Policy offers incentive structures, ideology growth/decay, and cultural behavior.

The TC show was doubly disappointing after I gave a shout out on BlueSky to his show; I do not support Supremacist, Domination, or Nationalistic ideology.

“Cosmopolitanism” alongside something like Cooperative Capitalism might be the better ideology, but also, maybe not.

Censorship is a real problem that can affect mental health, physical health, and emotional health; perhaps largely due to financial health as a crux of the issue.

If you don’t know you are “famous”, are you “famous”; is that Tru?

It’s probably best not to be famous, yet it would be best to know if one were so. It’s a bit reality warping to not know of one’s own reach; it would significantly hobble one’s own “act” or PR capabilities, unless one were cripplingly self-aware. Perhaps a true outlier.

100 upvotes on an internet post is quite far from “famous”, it’s not even “Almost Famous”, but when I see the actual metric in my post history, 46 upvotes isn’t even almost 100 upvotes.

I imagine if I had 50,000 fans I was unaware of, that would be a bit of a conundrum, eh? Why would I not “capitalize” on such an audience?

That circumstance might be akin to having broccoli perpetually stuck in one’s teeth and not knowing, only thinking “why are they looking at my teeth?” You look in the mirror, but see nothing there. “Pharmacology? Cloaking tech? Psychosis? A prank? Is there even anything in my teeth I am not seeing? Do my eyes work? Why do they keep looking at my teeth?”

When censorship is employed online, especially on online merchants, that form of censorship might be more in tune with “economic terrorism”. Yes, I know about “bugs”, not sure why it’s such a common occurrence I seem to encounter though.

When this type of behavior has gone on for 20 years, what does “reasonable” look like? What does “unreasonable” look like?
