Location: Washington state This is a nationwide company, but for this question, it's about Washington State. I work for a company that works on commission. Installation of the product sometimes happens a week after the sale or sometimes a month or more. That is when we get paid. Do they have to legally pay my commissions even if the installation happens months later after putting in a notice of separation and doing everything that the company asks of me for the end of my employment?
