Does linking here no longer count as views?

I release a lot of shorts and post them to every relivent subreddit i can think of - but recently I'm seeing this "a copy of the linked media will be posted ro Reddit... and while I'm getting lots of Reddit views they don't seem to be transferring to youtube views. Is linking a youtube actually copying the vid to Reddit so I don't get embedded youtube views?

And is there a way to solve this? I was never getting tons of views, but this brings it down from 1000ish to 50ish.

ESCAPE TV - #Flash animation from 2002 - now in 4K

High-end Flash animation I made back in 2002.

There were so many tricks I did to make this work full-screen, like making it so not all the screen would update at once, so I didn't have slowdown, and removing anti-aliasing when the whole screen was moving.

The soundtrack was also sequenced in Flash, made of samples with each bar exactly 12 frames long at 16 fps.

Thinking the jam explosion must be AI - Would be really hard in CGI, don't know how a practical fruit explosion would work.

This kind of damp, sludge explosion is incredibly hard to do in CGI - I guess you could hide a tube of fruit somewhere - but it's a lot of fruit to be fired out of a tube all at once - or it could be AI?
