Walmart one pay - $1 per month credit fix

I'm not a bot. I'm just someone who had bad credit and I found Walmart onepay last year and it worked for me! Each month I paid $1 and my credit grew. Yesterday I paid my last month and now I'll get my money back. 💰

My credit is a 618 now. I'm really proud of myself for staying ontop of this!!

New boss isn't nice AT ALL!!!!!

I've been with the hotel for about three months, and my new manager has only been here for one day. Before everything happened, I tried to give him insight into the culture of the workplace and explained that some departments struggle with teamwork, accountability, and communication based on what I've personally observed. However, he dismissed my perspective by saying that was only my experience and that he wanted to see things for himself. The next day, he raised his voice at me in front of coworkers and even a customer because I was helping another department by moving a few event chairs. I found his approach disrespectful and unnecessarily aggressive, especially since he is still new and learning the operation. Later, he also talked about removing a long-standing complimentary meeting space arrangement for the Red Cross, even though the hotel has maintained that relationship for years as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, my concern is not that he wants to make changes, but that he seems to be trying to assert authority before understanding the culture, history, and dynamics of the workplace. I believe a leader should first observe, listen, and build relationships before making significant changes or speaking to employees in a disrespectful manner. This new manager also called a client today and asked to change her layout for her event - last minute. In sales we never touch a clients room due to the contract of agreement but he bypassed that! Even my GM told him infront of me that," you've been here for one day... (my name) has been here for two months - she (I) is very experienced from this role and can assist you. The new manager didn't want to hear it!

I really don't think this new manager is going to work out in the long haul.

Lexi & her contract

People who sign contracts never read their contract agreement ... every day I deal with the point of contacts, receptionist, ceo's & more. The most incompetent "professionals" who book their groups with my hotel. (I work in sales) - these people never read their contracts then have the NERVE to send emails back to back about.. asking questions that are ANSWEREDDDDD IN THE GOT DAMN CONTRACT THAT THEY FUCKIN SIGNED!!!!!

IT is truly remarkable that a lot of these rich shitheads can't comprehend reading a few paragraphs. Then they're demanding. Im dealing with a cunt right nowwwwwwwwww named lexi who literally is a nut that fell from a tree. She is the reason of this post. I have explained everyday for a week of what she needs to do and she responds back asking the same question in a different format.

Girllllllll GET IT TOGETHER! WHY ARE YOU STUPID?! READ THE CONTRACT. DAMN!

Rephresh PH pills healed my chronic yeast infection and oral thursh

I did NOT have enough money for a influconzale med and I needed something quickly. I gave Rephresh PH a try and its been 2 weeks since the first pill that I now take daily and my yeast infection is gone! Including the itching and my oral thursh finally cleared up! I had an overgrowth of yeast and I had to take influconzale monthly and I had enough and have been using the rephresh pills. I am shocked and grateful that I finally am having relief without using strong medicine!

I had to share this with someone because it feels unreal. I hope whoever is struggling with yeasts - please know you can get relief without a doctors approval.

Nepotism

I work in sales for a hotel and the assistant gm is a 20-year-old (literally) whose a nepo and he is running our company into the ground. He deleted the sales software on purpose.. he got away with it..

He doesnt communicate to sales about updates on clients..

Ive requested training from him (per policy) & he doesnt get back to me on it. The one time he did - he waited 30m until I was about to clock out.

I have asked for him to guide the front desk to close out receipts for clients and sent the email. He asks me why I cant do it.. lol. (Its not apart of MY job duties. When I did do them b4 it was because I was being polite)

He has his head up so far his own ass I'm shocked he can form a sentence.

I do not like nepotism at all and the fact he has this great job and he shows his ass all of the time makes me wanna quit.

He truly is the worst. He gets away with things no one else would be able to do. If this was any other hotel he wouldnt be able to get away with deleting software... and more.

No I dont want his job I'm just pointing out - its a lot that he doesnt do and his nepotism allowed him to get away with a lot of things!

Hotel Sales Director quit & sabotaged MEEEEEEEEEEEEE 😡

Sales Director quit and all of her contacts were input wrong on her end because she thought it would be a good idea to manipulate the groups, contracts and rooming list. For sales its just myself and was my director. Im a new hire ontop of this (2 months in), I was able to conquer a large group of 100+ on my own last week and it sucked everyday planning and scheduling and adding CC auth and more. Yesterday there was a pop up, caused by her and the group called to ensure they were all good to go. To everyone's surprise the group was NOT definite in our system due to the director not completing her duties and she obviously didnt communicate with anyone about their arrival. I was able to jump in and get that group taken care of. Waaait there's more. todayyyyy a group is coming in and it's another POP UP. I am just mentally exhausted of playing catch up, dealing with her unprofessionalism and dealing with her sabotage!

Thank God in training I learned my duties but since shes gone I have been doing her job too. I am BURNT out! I just needed to vent badly.

My job consists of creating Banquet events and now i do it all: creating the room rates, rooming list and inputting the group reservations into the system, follow up emails, and tours, creating events bookings, closing out gratuity tips for f&b, and creating changes in sales and MORE!

The director worked there for 4 years and she barely trained me. I was trained by computer modules and lesson plans on the computer. So for her to not train me, quit and sabotage her groups/leads and i have to pick up and correct her fuckin work and then some. Really irritates me! I would NEVER do anyone like that. I wish I didnt have to deal with all of this stuff..

I'm not going to quit but I am indeed feeling the pressure! I just hope all of this hard work - works out in the end for me!
