What’s the difference between a DARK story and a EDGY story?

I am using Earth-616 Captain America and I am using Earth-Prime for each DC character.

Defeats immensely powerful hellish rulers and ultimately kills The Dark Lord, the creator of Hell.
Bayonetta (Bayonetta)
Defeats numerous angelic deities and creator-level beings such as Jubileus and Singularity.
Dante (Devil May Cry)
While not usually fighting literal gods, he defeats beings worshipped as gods or possessing god-like power, such as Mundus.
Gilgamesh (Fate/Nasuverse)
Possesses weapons specifically capable of threatening or killing divine spirits and has defeated gods and god-like entities in various stories.

Has fought and killed various gods and cosmic deities throughout Marvel’s history.
Hercules (Marvel)
Has battled and slain gods and god-like beings in multiple storylines.
Lucifer Morningstar (DC)
Has defeated beings on the level of gods and creator-like entities, though outright “god killing” is less central to his character.
The Spectre (DC)
Has destroyed divine and cosmic entities while serving as divine vengeance.
Beerus (Dragon Ball)
As a God of Destruction, he is capable of destroying other gods if necessary, although he rarely does so.
Simon (Gurren Lagann)
Defeats the god-like Anti-Spiral.
Note: I had to reupload this post because I made a mistake with the original one from yesterday.

Because it looks like after Captain Chantel DuBois destroyed that kid’s bouncy castle, she’s about to shoot at either Muscle Man, High Five Ghost, Rigby, or The Hammer.
Muscle Man looks like he knows he’s screwed and that there’s nothing that he can do about it.
High Five Ghost is confused on why she destroyed that kid’s bouncy castle and why she’s about to shoot at either one of him.
Rigby looks happy for whatever odd reason like it’s best day ever.
And The Hammer is ready to run the fade with this insane woman.
You gotta admit, this does look hilarious as hell to look at XD
