Incorporating heavy metals into biosynthetic bodies for radiation shielding?

Assume enough understanding of biology and mastery of building synthetic organisms and biochemistries from the ground up.

How effective would it be for biosynthetic beings to have heavy metals like lead, gold, tungsten etc. diffused throughout their body to act as built in radiation shielding? Especially concentrated near the skin and outer layers and around the brain.

Is there even a coherent definition of free will?

When you strip out circumstances, physics, material neural structure, complexity too difficult to fully map out and randomness what's left? Is there any kind of proper definition?

Wouldn't micro collisions make high speed space travel prohibitively dangerous?

Your space ship is travelling at something like 1/10th of light speed. Colliding with a tiny pebble at such speeds would be like getting shot by a missile. Colliding with a slightly larger asteroid would be equivalent to an ICBM.

You'd need some serious shielding that's also disposable and swappable on the fly even at ridiculous speeds.

How would shielding against such collisions even be practical?

Disrupt public streamers using demonetization and copyrighted songs

If a streamer is being a public nuisance you can play copyrighted songs on their streams to get them in trouble. Or say things that would demonetize their stream - obscenities, controversial subjects and offensive things(as long as not illegal for you to say).

Streamers might be annoying on purpose and seem like they're unpunishable but they're walking a thin line and being smart about it to avoid getting demonetized, deplatformed or sued for copyright.

Social media as digital feudalism

Social media is one of the ultimate monopolies due to the network effect. You simply want to use the platform where most of your friends already are, where the most content is and where the biggest audience for your content and advertisements is.

Switching to a new platform is easy. Convincing all your friends and audience to switch is very hard unless the old platform stops working. Moving EXABYTES(do you even realise how much?) of data and content to a new platform is impossible. Just imagine all the datacenters you'd need to host all that data or the hassle of moving it.

So social media companies threatening to leave is akin to a feudal lord threatening to leave his land. If any of these networks puffed out of existence today a competitor would fill the gap in no time. But competitors can't emerge while all the users are already elsewhere.

So you can tax and regulate social media all you want because the space is hyper competitive and easy to enter but it's hard to compete with the dominant established players.

How would you tax social media companies?

When debating them I always ask them which communism they're talking about.

The unfeasible utopia one, the brutal dictatorship one or social democracy in a market economy?

Since they all have wildly different and fundamentally incompatible definitions. And will try to wiggle out with semantics and arguments like "it wasn't true communism", or " we actually want a social democracy".

Cold is your friend

Temperature is basically how fast particles bounce around erratically. The higher the temperature - the faster reactions, decay and more favourable conditions for microorganisms up to a point.

Cold means less things happening, less chemical reactions and slower microorganism growth. It also makes processors and thermal engines more efficient by increasing the thermal difference. It preserves things.

Some animals like the greenland shark that are adapted to cold environments can live for centuries. Permafrost has preserved microbes for thousands of years.

The problem with cold is that baseline humans haven't evolved for it. They've evolved and adapted to warmer climates. We only surive in cold climates using clothes, insulation, shelter and heating ourselves up using fuel. And getting too cold means all chemical reactions and metabolism stop. This can be useful as a form of hybernation if you can survive it.

Most battery chemistries also don't work well in the cold because they rely on the chemical reactions that cold temperatures slow down. Especially chemistries with liquid electrolytes. Newer solid state chemistries might be more cold resistant but on a fundamental level they still rely on chemicals bouncing around.

So the goal for anyone designing synthetic beings for longevity and disease resistance, especially for long space voyages, is to make them as adapted to cold as possible while still having maintaining some kind of metabolic function/energy source, and make them capable of surviving complete freezing and cessation of metabolism and then being thawed again.

Religion is one of the primary drivers of more birthrates

The major religions all encourage having as many kids as you can. And things like arranged marriages, marital rape, anti abortion.

Look at birthrates in highly religious and conservative areas vs in less religious ones.

Any tips for DIY surgery?

I have a massive tongue and soft palate that are choking me. Must be so big from all the cunnilingus. Surgerers are very expensive. I don't get why more people don't just DIY their surgeries. Are they stupid?

So anyways I made a system of pulleys next to a mirror. I ordered the finest tools from Aliexpress and Temu. I also made DIY anaesthetic from chemicals I have lying around. I'm going to cut my own tongue and soft palate. Any tips?

How do you make them stop wanting to visit you uninvited?

I'm a young adult male. I live in my separate living space inside a shared family house. I get constant unwanted visits, you know what I mean - uninvited, banging on the door, yelling, staying for minutes without quitting, doing it again even after being rejected multiple times. She's been blocked on the phone too. She's immune to rejection.

I'm employed but can't afford to move out yet due to needing expensive surgeries.

She's currently unemployed and has way too much time on her hands. She has enough saved money to live but no money for me. She also has no hobbies besides pestering me, talking nonsense and gossiping.

How do I make her stop wanting to visit? Ways to make her uncomfortable? Finding her some hobbies and distractions?

It's so powerful I can make people convulse uncontrollably and scream. Now all I want is a bigger, more powerful staff version with more mana.

What are the requirements to get approved for futures trading?

I already completed the quiz. I selected only the speculation and active trading goal. I selected 6-10 years experience and >100 trades a year. I haven't deposited funds yet because I'm not allowed to trade futures. What else do they need?
