My back wheel seized on my Bmx bike and I took it apart and I have no idea where the bearings go

This is all that I found yesterday and I got the lighter for free from my mexican bro. He doesn’t speak English but we communicate through weed, couple weeks ago I asked him for a hit of his joint and he let me hit it. Couple weeks later he saw me sniping at the park he gave me a nice roach and this lighter. I found the doob toob and cleaned it with some soap and water. I always walk up to dudes smoking and ask if they would share. Was told no by some and some were kind enough to share but. Doesn’t hurt to ask. Up em!!!!
