Looking for inspiration.

I lost 3 and a half stone doing 16/8 in 2024-25, most of which I've unfortunately put back on over the last 8 months. I'm planning on going full OMAD right off the bat this time round, those of you already doing it, what are some of your favourite meal ideas for getting everything you need in in the one meal? To be honest last time I barely even changed my diet, I lost all that weight purely through IF alone, this time I want to do it properly but not get bored of what I eat. TIA

Ah shit, here we go again.

Lost 3 and a half stone thanks to IF, fell off the wagon and put almost all of it back on over 8 months. Thor give me the strength to stick to it this time 😭 (Posting a pic of the only thing I'm allowed to ingest for the next 6 hours that isn't water.)

Visited Wensleydale Creamery today and holy moly!

I mean I expected it to be nicer than the stuff you get in a supermarket but not this much nicer. I'm just gutted I stupidly had breakfast before going so was too full to get the cheesy afternoon tea.

These make thai sweet chilli Sensations taste like absolute crap. Fair bit of heat as well.

Just tried a vegan roll for the first time

Kept hearing about how it's just as good as the proper sausage roll, if not better, so finally had a go. It's not bad but I prefer the proper ones. Texture is a little too far on the mushy side and it's like they've put too much salt in to mask the fact it's not meat. Almost tangy with salt. Wouldn't get one again I don't think.

Childhood favourite, and will always be my favourite for ever more: the humble cheese and pickle.

Cheshire cheese for those curious.

I make salads like I make pasta: just bung anything and everything into it. Always works.

Lettuce, spinach, watercress, red onion, yellow cherry tomatoes, peppers, carrot, garlic and herb dressing, pear, pomegranate, milano salami and seeded malted baguette.

Shame I didn't make this yesterday like I intended to, when it was still red hot outside lol.

Unlocking.

I can't enjoy this song because the intro with the vocals sounds like it could be a Melanie Martinez song. I'm sure I'll get over it some day but for now I can't because I've heard so much MM (not that one) via my daughter and I hate hate hate her.

Sorry a bit drunk and wanted to vent.

Question for anyone who's ever been to Noo Yoyk.

I've always wondered, how do these compare to an actual New York bagel? I love them so much.

Who are your favourite artists with less than 200 monthly listeners?

Funnily enough two of mine are projects of the same person, Jonas Kjellgren (formerly of Scar Symmetry). These are two of the best modern death metal projects I've ever heard, how low their followsrs/listeners are on Spotify is absolutely criminal. Check out Nekrodawn's new single.

Parking charge win.

Paid to park in a car park, got a fine in the post anyway, sent irrefutable proof I paid, appeal rejected, appealed to POPLA and I've won. Love how they say appeal "withdrawn" instead of successful. Fuck these vultures.
