they will be 4 years apart.

if you have the same age gap boys, how are they getting along?

and how was/ it raising them as they were baby/toddlers?

meaning either having sex in there or bj etc whatever sexual activity in shower.

is that common for married couples to do so?

or do they usually do the deed in the bed then just shower together to wash?

seems like its slow and empty for the most time.

for the equivalent expense that goes to HOA, are you paying more or less than you'd pay for HOA in a SFH?

like water, trash, insurance, landscaping etc that HOA typically covers.

it just goes up like that? like now its $450 already but it will keep going up and in like 10 years from now HOA fee of $800 will become like an average?
