For context: This is Joseph McBride, best known for defending J6ers, and now he is officially representing Andrew and Tristan Tate in their fight against being extradited to the UK.

Watch him completely lose the plot outside the Miami courthouse. Instead of, you know, citing actual legal precedent, his master plan if the judge rules against them is to bypass the judicial system entirely and go "straight to President Trump's office."

He then proceeds to compare the extradition of his clients to the Boston Tea Party, delivering a wildly unhinged monologue about throwing tea in the harbor and fighting a revolution against "that stupid king and his stupid wig." The level of Main Character Syndrome and pure copium here is staggering. It’s like he thinks he’s starring in a Michael Bay movie about the Founding Fathers, rather than defending internet influencers.
