If you're looking for a cute and sweet movie about dogs and found family, sort of, I'd highly recommend Hotel For Dogs from 2009 I loved it as a kid and I think kids and adults alike would love it too

Apparently, I have to add other similar movies in the body so, Homeward Bound is the first that comes to mind
