When someone comes into an advocacy movement asking for support, you expect a grassroots voice or a non profit effort. But POTS isn't a non profit organization. It is branded and operated as an LTD a private, for profit limited company.

I make steaks for the family all the time on the stove and pan fry them. But I always run into a problem. How do I get them to cook to rare/medium rare. And not burn the outside while doing so and having it be raw, or getting the perfect sear then it being overcooked in the middle.

Can I use a meat probe I have? Or what am I doing wrong.

I use avocado oil.

I listen to my music from Qobuz and Tidal. Planning on getting a USB-C dongle and maybe a nano amp later on.

I listen to a ton of music every decade, and different genres. I'm so torn on which to choose. The 660s2 sounds like I would like it more from what I read, I love being to hear each instrument more vs the vocal being the main thing. But then I heard that the music stage on the 650 is better?

I mainly listen to Elton John, The Beatles and their solo work, and music like that.

Help me decide. I see a lot of people say the 650 is better for music but then when someone says the 660s2 is better they have some good points.......

I have Qobuz on my Galaxy S26 which both support the highest music quality it provides, so I would want them to be able connect via USB-C. Would also love for it be able to be wireless if need be? But it is not a must.

I want them only for music and nothing else, from my research I found that headphones specifically open back will sound the best. Right now I use my Galaxy Buds 4 pro.

I mainly listen to Elton John, The Beatles, and similar artist like them. I was looking at the SENNHEISER HD 599, HD 600, or HD 650 since they are on sale for around my preferred price range. Or the FiiO FT1 Pro Open-Back.

But I figured there might be better brands and people that know more than I do.

Edit: I was looking also at the FiiO FT1 but its closed back. And from what I read, closed back is not great for music. Is that true?

This may seem a little odd to ask here. Right now I am in the process of getting my citizenship through Your Roots In Poland. I'm on the second step where they found my grandparents documents, and sending them some more POA forms. The next step is they will send me a personalized list of non-Polish documents needed for my application.

I got a certified copy of my parents marriage certificate and I ordered another certified copy of my birth certificate.

I asked what else I will likely need and they said they will not know until they get my POA forms and case opened in Warsaw.

Right now I also do not have a passport and they said my drivers license should be good enough for the process.

But for anyone that went with them or did this recently what documents did you need? This case is pretty much open and shut for me. My grandfather, grandmother, and dad were/are Polish citizens. But it looks like they will go through my grandfather to it.

Which leads me to my next question.

My grandmother died in the 70s. Then my grandfather and dad escaped Poland in the 80s and fled to the USA. Obviously they never gave up their Polish citizenship.

How does my dad get his Polish citizenship paper work back or show he is still a citizen? He wants to get a Polish passport. And we have his original stuff from when he was a kid with his numbers on it and everything. But according to your Roots In Poland when I showed them they said those were very old copies of copies. So what does my dad do?

Edit: I was going to ask Your Roots In Poland about my dad, but it seems like his case would be open and shut. So I did not want to spend a lot of money.
