Noise coming from my engine bay, anyone know what it is?

I drive 2013 Volkswagen Eos Sport, I haven’t heard any noises from my engine bay like this since yesterday. I did a brake change on my front pads and cut the car on to drive and I heard the noise, let it rest in idle and im hearing it as I rev the engine anyone know what’s going on?

Leak in what I believe is a fuel line piping. Is it safe to drive short distances.

Hi guys, I deleted my previous post so I could upload a better video and ask some more clarifying questions.

After moving my van this morning I noticed this small but steady leak coming from a bit of rubber piping under the van (2010 MWB Merc Sprinter). It’s located underneath where the back of the passenger side of the cab (and the fuel cap) is, close to the edge.

I believe it’s a fuel line, as the dripping liquid is clear and smells distinctly of diesel. The cylinder might be a filter?

My usual mechanic is busy till Tuesday, and i need to drive my van 37mins away, stay overnight and drive back again tomorrow.

Aside from losing extra diesel, I was wondering if there were any other consequences to driving with a leak like this that im not aware of ?

Also any temporary fix suggestions would also be a huge help, thanks !

If anyone can help me identify what it is and any suitable fixes, it would be of enormous help. Thanks!

[EDIT: it seems to be an auxiliary fuel line that goes to my diesel heater under my van, i Dont know how that effects things]

Having a hard time bleeding these reman calipers on my F450. Are these bleeders supposed to be on the top? They are the same part number for both sides and you cant flip them over.

Biggest valve I’ve ever seen, what engine is this from?

Thing was like 4ft long. I can’t believe someone just left it here in the middle of a truck stop.

Dirty air - what next?

I'm the owner of a 2014 Ford Expedition, 5.4L

The air intake on top of the engine popped off where I'm pointing. Don't know why, I figure whoever checked the air 1500miles back tugged on the whole assembly and it worked loose from there. Eww that's dusty in there.

So the engine shuts off, of course, and I have 2 codes,

P0420 current fault P0100 pending fault

I popped the hose back on - had to loosen the hose clamp to get it on - of course tightened it down - and drove it ~5 miles home. Seems to idle and run fine.

I disconnected the battery, rescanned and the P0420 is gone. P0100 shows up as a historic fault.

What does an experienced mind say I should do next as recovery steps?

It's probably time to clean the MAF, but that's upstream of where the hose popped off.

Recent history:

Went on a road trip last weekend and experienced a check engine light. At previous oil change (about 1000mi back) the oil life reminder wasn't reset so it had gone from "change oil soon" to "do it now" about the time the CEL came on. So I reset the oil life indicator and about 150 miles and 3-4 engine off/on cycles, the CEL went away. No more CEL next 700 miles. I figured the oil life indicator might have set off the CEL to get more attention.

My guess is we were sucking some air there but the hose hadn't come all the way off yet.

Back in Feb or March we had some misfire codes and resolved those with new spark plugs. That came to mind with seeing the P0420, but if they were related I'm surprised it took so long for the P0420 to show up.

PLEASE HELP WITH REMOVING MY HUBCAPS

Disclaimer: I just bought my first car (2015 Honda Civic LX) and am starting to get an idea of what I’m doing, so please have patience.

I just bought new hubcaps because it was missing one when I bought it, so may as well replace them all. When I went to remove the lug nuts, I found out that there were some decorative nuts and spent some time looking for how to remove them.

After some trial and error, I removed one to find… this. According to what I searched up, I need to remove the lug nuts in order to remove the hubcaps, and I don’t know what to do from here.

Literally nothing I’ve found online has been helpful at all, and I feel like I’ll burst a blood vessel. Please help me out here.

What happen to my tire?

9-12 month old. Around 10 000-15 000 km.
Pressure was 70 at the time of the picture.
Never went lower than 70 PSI
Try to maintain it to 80 PSI.
Tire rated for 80 cold PSI
Enclose trailer weight 7760 pounds last time I weighed it. No more than 8000 pounds now.
Double axle rated for 7k each. Leaf spring rated for 5200 pounds.
10 ply tire.
Test the brake, they are not jamming.

So what happens to the tire. I never saw a flat spot like this so crooked

What happen?

Is it safe to say this is the cause of low coolant, no heat, running hot, and liquid dripping underneath my truck?

I noticed a puddle underneath my truck after work. I didn't think much of it since I chalked it up to water or something draining. While driving home I noticed the temp rising. After I got home I realized the heat setting was blowing cold air so then I popped the hood and saw the coolant was dang near empty. I then put the truck on ramps, unbolted the plastic pannel and then saw this.

Genuinely HOW did this happen?

My brother was taking a turn on the highway, and he said the tire exploded. I have no clue how it happened like this.
Like I’m genuinely confused?

P.S. no, we didn’t add any air into it.

EDIT: Thanks so much for your answers! I figured it must have been flat but wanted to make sure. I’m gonna have all four tires replaced entirely 🥹
