I'm so angry right now. So apparently the MTX was causing lung issues on me with finger clubbing and congestion.

So now we are finding out MTX is hurting me more than helping me and my Specialist tells me to stop it. I asked him a month ago about alternative treatments and putting in an authorization for humira or generics similar. They told me to stop MTX almost 2 weeks ago so I did. I did chest c rays and hand x rays because my fingers are also swanning deformity now and it's apparent that the MTX wasn't fully working. They took 8 tubes of blood. And then he goes on vacation and leaves me with nothing but plaquenil prescribed. I called my insurance and he didn't even put in an authorization yet and I'm not scheduled to see him till July 13th
