Braising lamb shoulder chops

What ingredients would you use and can you do it on the stove top? I do not own a Dutch oven but I do have a big pot. Also, I want to use up some leftover red wine from yesterday. What other ingredients & techniques should I know? Thank you.

Braising lamb shoulder blade chops

Hey everyone. I braised some of these a few years ago but I mostly forgot how I did it. I remember it was delicious & involved red wine and rosemary. What else should I include in the ingredients? Can I braise on the stove top? Any tips would be great! Thank you!

Beautiful but NOISY!

Omg! This is a second floor unit and while the flooring is pretty I would hate to live underneath them!😳

How to get them off a subject?

91 year old mother with dementia thinks a shoe was broken and will not stop talking about it. She wants to bring it to her dead husband. She's getting really irate! I'm trying to improvise but it's not working. Also trying to redirect. Help!

Looking to upgrade to a 16 pro....

I have an 11 Pro and need to upgrade. I like the idea of having a telephone photo lens with the 16 pro. Where should I buy one? I'm in the Detroit area. How many gigabytes should I get? Thank you!

I love headbands but these give me a headache. I really wish they would have some plain unadorned headbands for sale. Are there any headbands here that you like?

Hey everyone. I'm housesitting and want to make a nice steak. All they have are stainless steel pans and I'm familiar with cast-iron. Anything I need to know or tips would be great. Just to cook a medium rare steak on the stove top. Thank you!

Hey everyone. I take care of my 89 year-old mother with dementia. I'm very kind and patient with her and give her hugs and tell her I love her. We get along well most of the time. Lots of times it feels like she doesn't even know it's me. She calls me different names. She has never hit me. A few hours a week a caregiver will come in and take care of my mother. This caregiver reports that my mother becomes combative and uncooperative with her. She was even hit one time. I felt bad about that and wonder what I could do about it? Why do people with dementia act one way with one person and another way with others? Do you think they can tell that they don't have the same Caregiver all the time? Thank you.
