Would love your thoughts

Just got back into painting again and would like your opinions. These are not finished!

The first is going to be a Coachella sunset; second is supposed to be retrowave and third is religious based

Idea of how they'll divert press from TS wedding

Idk if y'all remember , but they never released photos of their wedding to this day. Yes , there was the plantation scandal. But they famously kept everything very private..to this day we havent seen her dress. Where was a small write up in Martha Stewart magazine years ago, but that's it. Maybe they post all of them , not that people would really care at this point

JUST a mock up

Looks like a fourth grader did it but I'm making this for a friend on a 18*24 canvas. Let me know what you would add / suggestions. Yes I know it's sloppy and the lines are wonky. But maybe that's cool?

Internal Hemorrhoids?? Pelvic floor?

Are pelvic floor problems linked to internal Hemorrhoids? Does anyone else have hems? I've had blood in my stool for almost three weeks. Last colonoscopy was in 2024, they found internal hems. Recently had a knee surgery and after I've had some weird pelvic floor and vaginal things. Shooting pains and like I always have to urinate..not in a UTI way but it a "it feels like I don't have control" way of that makes sense

Internal Hemorrhoids post ACL surgery

This is a long shot but I've had bleeding stool for almost three weeks .I'm not constipated or straining and I eat plenty of fiber. I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery (knee) and I've only had one working leg really. I've been completing PT and movement is obviously a struggle, so maybe I messed up my pelvic floor and caused hemorrhoids? I had some shooting pelvic pain and urge to urinate in the days right after surgery. Not like at UTI at all but more like everything felt a little loose.

I'm a woman btw! My last colonoscopy was in 2024 and they had found internal hems

ACL surgery/ pelvic floor?

So I've had two colonoscopies in 2018 and 2024 for I guess similar issues.. they found i have two internal hems which I guess are permanent??

I'm 35, 140 lb F and I make extra effort to eat tons of fiber. RARELY do I need to strain to poop, and I'm very regular. I recently had an ACL reconstruction surgery, and I've had blood in my stool for about two weeks. Is it possible my pelvic floor is messed up due to the fact I only have one working leg? And maybe aggravated hens?

I had similar issue last summer though, and when I finally went to my gastro in the fall, he didn't seem worried..

Life with and without Jesus

Any other Christian artists? Tips ?

I just started painting again as I'm recovering from surgery and need something to stay seated. I'm very critical of myself, and definitely need smaller brushes/ more education on the topic. Anyone have any tips for how to make it look nicer/ hangable? Right now it sort of just looks like the best fourth grader in art class ,🤣

Internal Hemorrhoids?

Sorry, here's my daily question lol.

Did anyone else develop hemmrhoids/ internal Hemorrhoids as a result of the physical work, or maybe painkillers? I really wasn't constipated but for a couple days, and I haven't had any trouble in that department. I did, however , get crazy stomach pain from all the ibuprofen. I'm two weeks post op now and I don't even need ibuprofen, have had bright red blood in my stool for about a week. I would be more worried but I've had colonoscopies in the past , and the doctor found I have two internal Hemorrhoids.

15 days post op- do you fatigue really easily?

Prior to this I considered myself in pretty decent shape- not necessarily a runner or big on cardio but was pretty active walking, hot pilates 5 times a week. I've been doing a good job with my physical therapy component, but something I've noticed happening is I just get so dizzy and fatigued and tired after maybe about 20-30 minutes standing. I've been doing small activities like cleaning around the house. Very very carefully and slowly. It's not like I'm winded, I'm just really dizzy and fatigued. Is that normal? Did anyone else have this?

Help; how did you REALLY FEEL Jesus?

I have been blazing through this book I found called " the Bible: simplified". If you get confused and stressed at the plot and the progression of the Bible, this book is a game changer! I was really interested in hooked in the Old testament information, and was eager to get to the New testament because I thought I would be emotionally moved by the Jesus chapters. For some reason, I just can't have that emotional feeling. I've tried everything. I've worshiped, I read my Bible, I do my daily devotional, everything I'm supposed to do, and I still just can't FEEL anything? I suppose sometimes I do during a really powerful worship song. But I can't FEEL anything no matter how hard I try, no matter how much I pray, and no matter how much I read. Please please please, please tell me what worked for you!

I want so badly to just be reading my Bible and have an emotional breakdown, but I just don't FEEL. and this is years after trying and reading and doing Bible studies and watching YouTube videos and listening to podcasts.

Workout video links-- abs; please help!

I'm approximately 2 weeks post-op and feeling good. Of when I look on YouTube for " for knee-friendly ab workout" everything is on the ground, and I'm not sure about that yet. I haven't asked my PT if I can do stuff on the ground , seems somewhat risky? I tried the chair workout the other day and it was decent. Does anyone have any videos that you used in those first few weeks after surgery to gain back AB strength? I feel like my arms are getting a decent enough workout from the crutches and everything like that. Also single deadlifts on the good leg seem to be fine and safe. I would be forever grateful if somebody would leave links to the workouts you used

Magnessium glycinate?

So I bought this to help with restless leg syndrome.. But what I'm realizing is, is this only 60 mg of the product? I keep googling. How much is too much. I took two capsules earlier and didn't really feel anything. Should I take another one before bed? Apparently over 300 mg is too much, but from what I'm taking from this label, it's only 60 mg a pill right? So confused....

How long was it before you

  1. Got off crutches

  2. Cleared to drive

  3. Walk your dog

  4. Cleared to do low impact stuff like Pilates

  5. Cleared to do stationary bike

  6. Jump/ run

I'm at 11 days post op and I'm losing my mind. PT has been pretty easy, is it supposed to get harder, more like a workout?

Please give me any and all ideas! I can so easily see myself pushing myself too hard . I'm a millennial female who has been conditioned to be thin and fit/ count calories/ feel guilty for basically existing lol

Do you age check women? Sometimes unfairly so?

What helps you not to age check people after a pregnancy announcement or birth announcement? My head is like a calculator all day long. What's even worse is I'm not being fake to me, God's timing, or the woman. She could be 27 , and have gone through hell and back to get a baby, but I didn't know . All I do is compare my age (35 and a half) constantly..

This comes on the heels of Anne Hathaway's pregnancy announcement this morning. Immediately I googled her age. "Oh, 43!" I thought..it gave me hope. Then I realized she actually had her first at 33, and second at 36. I've heard from doctors and just learned anecdotally that if you have a baby at a "younger" age, it's far easier to get pregnant later in life. Something about your body being used to it, so it's easier to conceive. (Secondary infertility girlies-- sorry if that sounds so dumb and inaccurate!)

What helps you to constantly stop running the numbers in your head?

Is it fair to give yourself complete time off from the gym post op?

8 days post op and I'm doing fine. I didn't realize how exhausting it would be just walking into my PT and getting through the medical center! Way different than leaving my house.

How soon did you return to exercise? Ie: abs, arms, light movement on the non injured leg. And, working quads on the PT on the injured.

Ive been staying active enough around my house cleaning when I can, holding onto counters..but I really am enjoying just SITTING STILL..prior to this, I was working full time , at hot pilates 5 nights a week and just generally burning myself out. I really want to take another whole week off and just rest and nourish my body? Or will that get me off the fitness wagon too far?

Ps I know there will be overachievers here that will be like "3 days post op!" Lol and for that, I deeply admire you..
