Whats this? Does this seem like a big problem?

I have eczema and keratosis pilaris. I had 2 months and months ago, but I wasn't worried. Now I have another, and now I am really curious. Not itchy, feels slightly firmer than the other skin, and also it just randomly appeared and doesnt seem to be growing.

AITA for trying to get peace and quiet??

This kid on the bus was singing a stupid obnoxious song or humming, and when I gently shushed him, he didnt hear me, so I shushed him more firmly, and he told me to shut up! So I said I thought he needed to, then the bus assistant paraprofessional person told us to stop, but the kid still was being very obnoxious, so I shushed him again, and then a different kid told me directly to stop, so I ended up biting my hand to cope and staying tense the whole time. This was on the special ed bus, and I honestly felt slightly overwhelmed and powerless.
